You Must Try This Tuscan Chicken in Delicious Creamy Sauce

I’m yet to find a chicken lover who didn’t go crazy for this recipe. It’s relatively simple to make using regular ingredients, and it’s also a complete meal. Made with spinach, sundried tomatoes, cannellini beans in a delicious creamy sauce, in 30 minutes, wow!
It’s not authentic to Tuscany, this is my version, but it does contain many of the delightful Tuscan ingredients we all love.
This recipe uses chicken breasts, you can however use chicken thighs if that’s your preference. If using breasts, you want them to be juicy and not dry. To achieve this, don’t over cook them in the pan, simply brown each side on high heat. When you touch them, they should still feel soft inside. Transfer to the oven and finish cooking at a low temperature. As soon as they become just firm to the touch, they are ready. If your sauce isn’t quite ready, take them out anyway. You will reheat them in the sauce. Some pieces will be thicker than others, so take that into consideration.

I'm from Tuscany and as soon as you started using paprika I was like "wait a minute, this isn't a tuscan recipe at all!", but it's nice that you wrote that too below the video, huge thumbs up for that. And the recipe looks great honestly, I'd never use heavy cream but that's my personal preference, I'd like to try and cook it myself one of these days.

Joel my good Aussie friend, great Italian chicken recipe, I really like Tuscan chicken & don't change a thing on this recipe. In the U.S., I know you said you are of French heritage , here most of the French live in Louisiana & Alabama, they migrated here from Canadian/Canadien French regions & most are called Cajuns which is basically a French hillbilly as I am an Irish hillbilly in Kentucky, lol, the Cajuns pronounce chicken as shick-on, true, great folks & cooks/chefs, they tend to like spicy hot foods, seafood, especially crawdads, aka crawfish,crayfish, which we eat also, I see Whiskey made his cameo, lol, great dog, Cheers mate !

I was not even going to make dinner tonight. But alas... after watching this episode I realized I had all the ingredients so, what the heck I did it. Lemme tell you, I didn't use flour because of gluten intolerance so instead I used cornstarch. I added some pepper flakes and forgot the cheese. It was DELICIOUS! Chicken was like butter unbelievable. I swear to you I didn't measure anything but I do know my way around the kitchen so if you don't, don't do it. Excellent recipe. Easy and very forgiving.
