Try using a hingeConstraint for spinning and a cylindricalConstraint for a combined rotation and linear motion. Then set the motor actuation types on these constraints and adjust torque/force/speed !! Make sure theres no throttling if client owned

You could try to make it where you use the Align Position constraint to move the spinner up and down and continue to use the Hinge constraint to rotate it. If you weld everything together properly, you should be able to adjust the responsiveness of the align position to make sure it doesn't move out of place.

I created spining+moveing platforms once and here is how i did it: u need to make part1 (center point wit cancollide off) and part2 (the platform or multiple parts with welds). First make the position of part1 and part2 same and then we need to connect them with AlignOrientation[MacAngularVelocity:Inf, MaxTorque:Inf, Responsivness:10, AlygnType:PrimaryAxiexParallel] and with AlignPosition[MaxForce:Inf, MaxVelocity:Inf, Responsivness:10, ForceLimitMode:Magnitude]. Make sure that you have two attachments. one for position and one for orientation. Now the AlignOrientation will keep the platform(part2) perfectly straight in horizontal direction and the AllignPosition will make the platform follow the center point (also make the center part(part1) anchored), but we still need to make the platform spin. We can do that by adding a AngularVelocity[AngularVelocity: 0, 1, 0, MaxTorque: 20K of more/inf, Relative to World] to the part2 wich will make it spin (we can chande the spinning direction by chenging the 0, 1, 0 to 0,-1,0) Also make sure that there are three attachments now. one for allign pos., one for allign ori. and one one for AngularVelocity. The finnal thing you need to do is tween the center(part1) and the platform will follow and spin at the same time (works even with parts on top). i didn't actually detect when the objects collide, I just wait a small amount of time after the crusher begins to go down and then play the particles effect. I'd use raycasting if I wanted to check when two different objects collide, the .Touched event also works but it can be a bit inaccurate.
