Thanks man. This video was a real eye opener. Ive been creating content for 4 years now making mistake after mistake, burning out mutiple times which led me to start all over again from scratch. I've been focusing so much on the future than I've forgotten to take a look around me. I was going through the same thing a few weeks ago. Hey Niklas, Thank you so much for putting up with this video. I can't agree more, this is exactly me, I had to go through same things and I felt stronger disconnect with my passion. My work from home job was too overwhelming and consumed almost 12-15 hrs of my day and i felt like I'm not doing anything in my life. So, I had to quit to save myself from burn out. Now, I'm working on getting back on track with my daily habits but its much difficult than before, requires a lot of will to keep it going. Otherwise, go sleeping" - Nico, 2021, with the choir soundfx to the next part at 18:04 is musically genius as well! Don't know if it was intuitively or intentionally, but you used the melody motif with two notes as a true filmcomposer would. In the cadence at 18:00 where the first note G resolves to F on top of the chords Eb (G melody) to Bb (F in melody). Then in the following part with the new tune there is again that G melody, on a Dsus4 ("sus" stands for suspension) chord, where that G resolves beautifully and gracefully to the F#, which is a very epic and speaks so well to your amazing footage! In short, those musical flows and "musical colorgrading" is the stuff that makes Howard Shore on LOTR so great. Great job man, love it!

Doing comes from Being. Everything starts in the present moment 🙏🏼 I experienced an early stage of Burnout myself this year and it's no fun. But I also overcome this with being present and enjoying my life instead of overthinking.
