Yes, still dual radio alarm clock AC powered with battery backups are the best. And disable SNOOZE. Snooze option is the enemy of alarm clocks.

Yes, but not very many jobs. Give you your time off right away. Usually you gotta go and let your HR know your supervisor now vacation and sometimes it won’t let you even when you have plenty of hours

@@SilentWolfFartsppl that work at amazon rave about upt but it sucks really bad. I work afe pack flow and 160 hours of work(40 hours a week for a month) only gets me a little less than 13 hours. So basically i only get 1 day off a month. How is that good ??

And what did you expect? A week for working just one month? Pathetic. Amazon is actually generous with their time off compared to other companies regardless of what you say. Specially when it comes to warehouse kind of work.

I've only been a UPT ninja when I first started at Amazon and barely had any PTO. Once I built a good buffer of PTO, I pretty much always have 80 hours of UPT. I was on vacation recently too and almost missed my flight home because of a similar alarm mishap.

When is comes to attendance they give you up to 8 points until they fire you . Of course 2 long months until the point goes off the record. But they also give you 2 points off if you don't report your absence it in 24 hours

Did UPT replace the points? I just started and I saw a points system where it's like you get .5 points for being late or1 point for a day off... On the A to Z app I can only find my UPT

Im at 77 hours and 51 minutes hopeful you earn your upt back up because i don't have anymore pto but i only have vacation and i have been with amazon a year and a month but my vacation only accumulates by 37 minutes a week but in September when i get to one year bluebadge i will get 1 hour a week of vacation instead

It's not just iPhone that's doing that it's also Android my phone did the exact same thing I always set the alarm clock to go off to go to work now it doesn't want to work at all you are not alone

Feel like Amazon broke my UPT, but i don't want to pup my head up and ask and get hit. Every year we have like a month where VTO is just daily for most days. I kept getting UPT while i was sitting at home on VTO. Got a question i don't want to say out loud at work. I know there is like 88 hour cap on UPT, but i have already used like 20 hours of UPT and sitting at 75 hours left. So doe the cap just mean you will never have over 88 hours at any time, or am i suppose to only accumulate 88 hours in the entire year.

Its stop accumulating once you hit the cap, but I would talk to HR just get all the for sure details.
