I like to customize my phone on a daily basis. Although iPhones are now a bit customizable. They’re still far behind in this area. Great phones overall all.

Would be interesting to know your perspective on the Pixel 8 and all of its AI that they mentioned. For me, I was not expecting much from the announcement but it intrigued me to the point of maybe ditching my Iphone.

The announcement honestly got my intrigue. I wasn’t initially going to order, or cover it because I had a not so good experience with the Pixel 7 Pro. But so many people swear by their devices, and figured it would be worth a look seeing the announcement. I’m almost certain I’m going to switch to it. Very very very interested.

I was about to purchase the 8 pro in the bay blue color but it still looks the same as the pixel 7 which I’m currently on. Hopefully next year they will get rid of that vizor and make the cameras flushed. Also, better colors.

After watching several videos on this new Apple device, I went in and canceled my order for the standard 15 Pro I had on order. I had every intention on going with the 15 Plus. I didn’t really think I cared about all the differences between Pro and base model iPhones. However, I made sure to weigh that decision and ensure I knew what I wanted before placing an order. I decided to go with the 15 Pro MAX. It had an expected shipping schedule of 2 weeks, but I received it three days after placing the order. I’m coming from a 13 Pro, and I can’t understand how people feel this is “the same phone.” There of course is no big design change. But the phone feels like something new to me in my day to day use.

I did the same coming from the 13pro the 15pro Max is nice and so is the battery life. I’m very happy with it and also the new camera features. I also have forgotten all about it being bigger as it feels the same size. Even with the case on it.

Got a fold 5 on order and a 15pm can only keep one. I am an Apple user for over 10 years but really like the fold, also want to create some content and organise my life a bit if you have one choice what would it be, great content by the way.

Kinda feel like I was held hostage by Apple having to upgrade because of the USB-C port which should have been there 5 years ago. I upgraded to the Pro Max. The weight reduction is nice. Action button is welcoming but not useful due to the position. You're right it should be below the power button so it can be used as a shutter button. And you are so right about the excitement. I still feel delighted to use the Samsung Z fold 4. I might jump ship next year really.

I’m mainly an Apple user because of the Apple ecosystem and they get you there as well as iCloud I also believe it’s safer in terms of hacking or bugs compared to Android Yes I’ve had the Samsung s22 recently and did like it and do wish Apple would implement multi tasking and be able to use my Apple pencil but it’s still good for me I did also notice the weight difference and speed ,not to mention better connectivity from the iPhone 14 pro max to the iPhone 15 pro max but if you are a standard user, the iPhone 13 Pro Max would be just as good

Yeah, I think that even the base 15 is a good bet for most people. After using it, it has me scratching my head wondering why I even bought the Pro Max. If it wasn’t for the channel, I wouldn’t have.

Tbh for me it doesn't matter whether you switch or not. All that matters is your honest opinion. Everyone's problem is not your problem and your problem is not everyone's problem. People may say your complaint is just a small issue or whatever that they fine with it. The point is you don't act like the product that u love is PERFECT without any flaws.

Thank you, and I do agree. I like making videos because although my opinion may not mean much to people, I think it’s good to have a voice out here that isn’t just blindsided by the brand name, or hoping to collaborate one day with Apple that they forgo any critiques they have with them. The hardware is nearly perfect. My issue is with software, and I think it’s easy for me to say iOS isn’t as complex/ as open as other operating systems, but some people don’t want that and that’s fine! I think for $2000 CAD though, the power out of this thing could be better utilized.

When you watch a creator, you’re watching their view/ opinion on a device. What may seem like a nitpick to you, IS in fact a major complaint to me. As in someone that uses my phone heavily for social media/ content creator. I have a different use-case than the average consumer. Nowhere in this video did I say that the 15 Pro Max was a bad phone. But having been used to something a little more open, it doesn’t allow me to do much of what I want, and if it does, there’s always a work around that’s way more complicated than it needs to be.

So many time since Iphone13 i went and bought it purely for the beauty of the hardware ..(just exquisite) BUT returned it in 10 days and back to my Android S22u 23U ... REASON IS THE DAMN 1. FILEMANAGER where i like to just plug my phone and use it as a hard drive( most of the Android users know what i am refering to) .2.Universal BACK navigation. 3.Keyboard (again android users know what i am refering to). Universal back navigation is a big one for me, and I forgot to mention it in this video. Truth is, Apples navigation makes no sense. Especially the fact you cannot customize it, on such a large display it makes accessibility difficult for some. Could be better. File management though is a real issue I have on a near daily basis and it’s what makes using this phone as a primary almost impossible for me.

We have an iPhone 12 in a drawer since my son updated to the 15, and they're identical from a software standpoint. That's why I'm team Android. I upgraded to the Z Fold 5 from the S22 Ultra and have a completely different user experience.

I mean, yes, hahaha. I see your point. - but I’m talking from a value standpoint - when it comes to the Fold, I feel like I’m getting the most out of it. Using it as my teleprompter, camera monitor, budgeting w/ easy multitasking, etc. With the iPhone I always find myself running to an alternative device like my laptop.

Yeah I agree. I’d much rather have it be compact. I only bought the max because of the 5X telephoto. If I didn’t have the channel, I’d have got the Pro.

Aside from media, everything is the same, just scaled to fit. Which isn’t a problem, and is def nice to look at and I can appreciate it. But what he means is that you don’t get a real added benefit. In fact the display being brighter, pushing more pixels and running hotter does have an impact on gaming performance. If you’re okay with a smaller display, and don’t care about the 5X the regular pro is the move 100000%.

Believe me, I know. But to be honest, once I got out of the whole iMessage nonsense, I don’t care. The only thing that sucks is low quality image / video MMS. But if your friends/ family have Facebook messenger, or WhatsApp it doesn’t matter.

I have iPhone 14 pro Max, I am see 15 pro max no real difference to me more like 14s pro max. Seems more like the old (s) releases I.e 5s introduced Touch ID. The 15 pro max this year I am going to skip this generation.

Yikes, 24fps is a jerky mess. Wonder who would want to even use that. 24fps only exists as it’s the least amount of fps needed for decent motion. The standard for movies haven’t changed as more fps costs money… especially when doing CGI processing afterwards. STOP USING 24fps 😀

This whole video was shot in 24FPS. The only reason the iPhone appears jerky, is because the SD card I had apparently can’t handle pro res. Which I noticed after.

Great content. The 15pro max isn't being held back by the software 🤔 nope. It's being held back by the dictatorship of Tim the Crook Cook and his cronies. If they wanted, they could open the software and hardware to the max like the phone is called. But no, they just give their customers a trickle here a trickle there, and the funny thing or sad thing about it, is that most of there customers don't care. So why should they give there phone's everything 🤨. Oh and as for the titanium they claim the frame is , actually its 10% grade 5 titanium infused with aluminum and zinc. 😮
