Hi Chuck. Been to that steak place 2 times and like most Thai steak very tough. I am sure a lit of the beef steak is buffalo. I can recommend their pork steaks as they were great. Enjoy Udon. Always found a stiff shift better than a flexible.one. Flexi are great for a slow swing but the stiffer shift better on faster swings. Drive safely.

You can actually tour the farm and the actual butcher shop on certain days. Why would they take the time to substitute beef as buffalo? Buffalo meat is actually more expensive and not butchered and sold very often when beef is plentiful. Also beef if prepared and cooked properly can be very tender.

Good morning mate have a good three days In udon I am in our village starting the house build we are here for 5 more weeks at Nam phong and hopping to play a few rounds of golf before we go back to Australia 🇦🇺. ( and yes the T bone steak 🥩 was thin and I also haven’t had a good steak here but that’s ok lots off good Thai food ).
