I always wanted to run Chutes de St Ursule

This is a GoPro video of my absolute worst crash kayaking ever and my immediate reflections. I turned the camera on myself and started talking about the portion of the experience that I was held underwater just upstream of the biggest section of the falls ( 60-70 ft reconnecting slide).
It really was a fascinating experience and while I hope to never go through or put my friends through anything like that again, I will be more prepared after that one! The last shots I'm walking around in circles in the park. We got the boat out 2 weeks later, I was still sore with a hole in my ass and the boat was completely destroyed.

Damn dude, that was gnarly. Thanks for posting the reflection about it. I dislocated my shoulder a couple months ago after what seemed to be a similarly small mistake. Sometimes the river is forgiving and sometimes she isn't
