I must be doing something wrong. I listen every night to one of your meditations and I could feel it working but I’m not changing the way I thought I would. Sometimes I feel so down I can’t even hold the vibration of certain affirmations for myself. I have lived through a lot of trauma and have been an anxious mess since I was a little girl. Is this normal to ebb and flow ? Some of the things feel so far out or reach my mind tells me it’s not real. I know it’s real, battling your own brain with anxiety depression trauma etc. is hard everyday. Thanks for what you do, you are amazing ❤❤

Be patient with your beautiful self my darling. You're not doing anything wrong, it is normal for the affirmations to trigger opposite beliefs and it can take time to rewire new ones. Keep going and never give up on yourself you will notice difference over time. So much love and light from my heart to yours.
