Whether it be Hardline, Axel Rudi Pell or Crush 40, Johnny's vocal abilty/range always impresses. Then you look at Jun and just "wow" The varity of sounds he gets out of his gitaurs, even tuning them to keys many musicioan will never use and he again always makes his performance work. I don't see the other two member performing live often but you need each of them there to make the whole. A backing track is no substitute for a full band performance as this demonstrates quite clearly.

The only issue is that Hardline is a typical mainstream-style glam band and Axel is a garbage guitarist and songwriter. Crush 40 is where it's at.

I don't know what your listening to, but Johnny is one of the only vocalists I've listened to who actually is able to maintain his vocals both live and in studio. Plus this was simply a rehearsal for the song, and the parts in which Johnny isn't singing is where he lets the audience fill in the backing track. And this camera didn't do an incredible job of capturing Johnny either compared to the overbearing sound of the guitar.

The thing i hated about heroes were the controls. when i wanted to do a normal jump with sonic, he did a homing attack instead, or when tails just starts flying without even jumping. and i hate how they don't have a "i'm about to fall" animation since there are so many bottomless pits in the game. In the end i still kinda like that game for its music and colourful, bright levels.

Good luck with that. Jun only uses custom ESP guitars, so that guitar is made just for him and would cost about $4-5000 to replicate. Also, it's a baritone, so it's only really good for downtuned songs like this one.

Jun always records multiple guitar lines but doesn't necessarily play them all live. That's why they always perform over a modified instrumental backtrack.
