I have no idea how hard it would be to do, or the pain points involved.. BUT I'd love to see you go into the "Solo" mode on the Advanced Europe map, with blizzards, vs 6 bots - and then start the game and just talk about the cap choices you'd have, quit the game, and then do another one with a different spawn, and talk about the pros/cons of cap choices, and basically reset a few times so that we get a fairly good idea of what to look for with good spawns/bad spawns AND your thoughts on what you'd do as a player in those situations so we can try to see how we get back in the game when we're 'gifted' HORRIBLE cap choices! I had a game last night, on ladder, at the Sigma Space Port and I swear I had NOTHING but 1s to cap on - as the few 2s I had either had caps on OR were in such terrible spots it was almost better to risk taking a cap on a '1' and pray my opponent was an idiot and didn't roll me. SPOILER - he was NOT an idiot and rolled me right away! I didn't quit, so I tried to find a quiet corner and just exist - and managed to stay alive as the 4th player before I got cancelled! I'd imagine you may not even had to 'edit' as you cycle thru game resets pretty fast on solo mode just food for though!

Recently, a noob smashed 1 of my 2 caps using 82 troops, where I'd stacked 50 troops. Unfortunately he won the 38.42% blitz roll, with 17 troops to spare. . For context, he had freed his cap on the turn before this one, so I took it for free from him, leaving about 30 troops there. He went on to get 5th place, while I... I was left in the cold dark woods, surrounded by hungry wolves amongst the thorny silueted brambles. It was pure horror.. I landed in 4th place, mangled -- devoured whole. the funniest true random roll I've seen was when a player stacked 22 next to my 5 stack and lost the entire 21 attacking stack with only taking 2 of my troops, I was being bullied by them and another player who seemed to be teaming 😆

Said it before and I'll say it again: True random is MORE broken than balanced blitz: The example you brought up of losing 10 troops on a 1 is EXTREMELY unlikely: I just did the math, and it should happen only 1 out of every 7,744 times. Yet an equally ridiculous roll happens just about EVERY true random game I've played.

The way SMGs algo estimates cap rolls in balanced blitz regularly causes impossible rolls to occur. You're free to use a word other than broken for that but that's what's happening.
