The good vitamins are great Leonora but as a nurse I am astonished at how most younger adults do not realize how dangerous alcohol is to every bit of your bodies! My daughter is a health fitness addict and yet continues to over drink! Go six months without one drink. If you cannot , you are in big trouble!! I have gone 4 years! My skin is crazy beautiful! Alcohol is a killer!

So I was alone on Christmas Eve and started watching your Gingerbread Epic Fail vlog. I have to admit I was a a bit sad and feeling sorry for myself ( my only child lives 1000 miles away ).
