I have those pyrex bowls! My mammaw handed them down to my mom. I use at least one of them almost daily. They've never been in a dishwasher or a microwave. People will definitely pay for Pyrex and the associated memories of cooking with their moms and grandmas.

It took me awhile to catch onto that trick you mentioned, of checking the racks that they've brought out but haven't yet gotten the mdse put onto the shelves. Great idea, catching the sales at the sporting goods store; I actually hadn't thought of doing so. (And I live about 3 hrs from you, so I'm no competition. Lol.) Thx for the info on that Pyrex set; I didn't know they had originally not included #s on the bottom.

The ad that played during your video was for Patagonia! Lol! When you end a listing and use the sell similar option, does it reset the listing date to the sell similar date on your software? I had some $1.50 profit items too. Just trying to move as much as I can! Thank you for another great vid!

If you sell as much as you list that's because you are doing eBay correct. I doubt most people are able to do that because they don't list good enough items or price them too high or have other issues

hmm, I don't think that is quite right, because I am not selling everything that I list immediately. my average time to sell is about 60 days, so many items that I sell in a given week were not listed that week, but months prior.

@@justinresells I mean that you have enough listings in back log that you sell as many as you list now. So you list 40 a week and you sell 40 a week (for example) That's what we call "seller nirvana", to be able to get to the point that you sell as many as you list.

@@justinresells One more question... I see from your link (thanks for that!) that you define Cost of goods sold (COGS) as the amount you paid to purchase an item to resell. Where do you factor in shipping cost and fees? I never pay shipping generally (a couple times I have for large heavy things but I add that into the price I charge for the item...) so I've been calculating ROI for myself as: net profit divided by total cost -- and total cost for me is what I paid to purchase an item + listing fees + Etsy fees. 🤔Am I doing that calculation "wrong" in your view? Thanks for your opinion on this...🌟

@@ColetteO_ shipping and fees get deducted from your total gross income. your gross income is defined as the total amount the buyer paid for the item, including the amount they paid in shipping. your net income is then calculated by deducting your fees, shipping costs, etc. as well as cost of goods from gross income.
