I left job in March 2020 due to same reasons in Australia. Was ready to pack my bags and leave. But the whole world was in lockdown, no flights nothing. Got an offer from the biggest Aussie healthcare company, during interview I was very clear what happened to me in my last job, they offered me free therapy session, a huge raise and a senior position. Had a lot of respect and dignity, beware Healthcare jobs can be a battlefield of bullies, cut to present times, in 4 years got 6 raise, they sponsored my permanent residency, and I couldn't be happier. I keep preaching younger Healthcare professionals to stand up for any sort of bullying and racism. Also, so true, my destiny was written in a way where I wasn't suppose to return, and things played out supporting it. Best luck.

Indian students not only have to face struggle in their own country but in foreign countries also and because of racism a lot , just heard the news of 24 year old Indian who got killed in his car in Vancouver, and there are so many such cases , life is really difficult if you aren't from influential family , bitter but truth 😑😑😑😑

Similar thing happened to me. My own manager bullied me in-front of my whole team and then got me fired too. I shared during the exit interview that what wrong was happening, and yet, the company went on to keep the manager and changed my team. It all happened in India. I changed my company since then and it was the best decision of my life:)

He complained about me to the higher ups and got me laid off which was literally like bullying cuz it was not my fault. Now I’m in a very good engineering company where the work culture is absolutely nice! Let me know if you need a referral , I would love to help you:)

Good that you brought this up. It happens so much in India. It’s like people have normalised having a toxic office environment. I know we aren’t supposed to carry our personal emotional baggage to our workplace but people should be considerate. I got my first job in Kanpur, my home town right after I graduated from Nift. My reporting manager was also from Nift and she was quite skilled but she was a bully too. Other colleagues were like “woh aise hi hai” I was going through a rough patch in my life and dude the way she spoke to me was even more traumatising. So rude, so mean. I somewhere left it because of her and the team as well. This shouldn’t be happening. This office politics sucks big time.

I myself have been living here in Vancouver from past 14 years, did my high schooling, grad, post grad everything here but i still feel this is not home. I have been through same exact situation as yours. I have finally decided to start my own business in india now. I am soo proud of you that you are taking this step. In india people think oo why are you coming back to india, there is nothing here but atleast india feels home at last. I agree with you in each and every sentence. Glad it finally happened because otherwise for me there was no better place to work at than that org. Well, that’s what I always kept telling myself but frankly, mera jyada accha hua after getting out of that workplace which was full of negative people and gamers.

Good job. Presales engineer is a very crucial position, as it requires skill for effective scoping of a project. I’m a senior business relationship manager and I do understand how important a presales team is. Make a list of all the competitors of the company and apply for the same position. You can fuck then up through your hardowork in achieving competitive advantage through sales. That’s karma for them

It's relatable to me I started working in a company and JD mentioned 3-6month internship after they converted me but after Completed one month they gave me a contract where they mentioned the internship would be for 12 months and they would only give me 10k only when I went for discussion with MD he was like Don't worry as per your performance it will increase, I mentioned them can you make one more clause where you mentioned this but they were saying only verbally. That was my first job and after quitting the job I felt depressed still I'm facing the same thing I always overthinking I try to calm but it feels like what will happen next I'm confident about my skills but I still feel afraid about the future but after watching you a video where you mentioned there whatever will in our kismat wo mil ke rhega after listening to this line I'm feeling little satisfied god ke pass kuch to plans change.

Dude even big companies do that. PWC Australia did the same with my husband. There was this lady Leona Goh, a Singaporean lady and the director who was not only a bully but also a racist. She would treat 2 people in her team who are Ausie with respect, but with my husband she would literally question everything thing he would do. He was in his probation and never been to an Australia, so obviously he would take time to adjust. In one on one She would make remarks like oh you should talk more with the team. When my husband tried to, then she would literally change the topic in the team and would start talking about things that my husband had no idea. This Singaporean Lady is a perfect example of corporate bully. My husband raised his voice and PWC pretended that they would help, how ever after 15 days of feedback my husband gave to HR, he was laid off. It’s great to see that you are voicing up against these things.

Hi Sahil, This is the first time I’m watching your video.. so I m unsure of the kind of person you are.. but you’ll obviously bounce back with brighter colors, that’s for sure I’ve been in your situation before & it was in India itself.. so I guess we need not got abroad to get bullied 😂 This stuff happens in 80% of the corporates in some department or the other.. and the worst part is, the person being bullied or the scapegoat still keeps taking the pressure coz he’s probably the sole breadwinner for his family or doesn’t have the courage to stand up or is too aware of the pathetic job market in the country! The courage never builds, other source of income doesn’t work or isn’t foolproof, and the victim slowly keeps deteriorating under the building pressure

U did what a self respected person can do. I appreciate ur decision and the way u raise ur voice against bully/ragging at work place. Even I did the same when I was hired by the top leading school as a Tutor. One of my fellow colleague bully me coz I was new in that institution. She was a senior tutor over there. But that doesn’t mean u can bully to the next level. I raised my voice n complaint to the head of the department. Department talked to the Subject Representative and also guided to take a stand for myself. Later on she became little aware. But as u mentioned that fellow colleague never change. 😂 I stood for myself later on I gave resignation and quit the job. Now I worked in a very reputed IB School where they respect every individual. 🧿🤞🏻🥰

Wherever you go you have issues. You had issue with your roommate , friend, airport and now work. It is very easy to say racism. With your language and everything I don’t think you are very professional. The way you talked to HR is not how a professional act.

This guy is full of himself , thinks of himself as a combination of Steve jobs , bill gates, Ranbir Kapoor and Tom Holland 😂😂 if he has worked with companies like apple and Cisco, then why is he struggling so much in his professional life ??

Similar thing happened to me. The Boss told me - "To work here you need to have love for the company and we don't see that with you. We had more expectations from you". I mean I work here for money not for loving the company. The company is yours so you love the company. Don't expect that from your employees when you treat them like shit. And yhe fact that I couldn't understand what more expectations they had from me because I was handling all they asked me to (literally everything). They told me I would have to complete my 1 month notice period and asked me to leave the office for now. Later the same evening (since I had login access in my phone) I realized they deleted my credentials.

Most of the jobs nowadays do gossips, buttering aur jealous from others. Hope everything is fine soon with people mentality 😮😮

I faced same issues in my current organisation. My manager constantly trying to harass me because I was threat for her position. And when I repeatedly did complaints with proof, chats, email, voice recording etc still at the end my team got changed. And that toxic manager still there in that team where I started and build everything. I can relate to you. We are rebels and we don’t entertain such people and we can’t lick someone ass.

Hi, Even i experienced the same thing in inidan company... Where my process lead and senior was bullying me... And started to disrespect me... And startes to treat me like slave... I raised my voice to higher authority.... That time they supported me... Bt the end result they gave : probabation extended to one month.. And they told me ur not working at all... These wt we get when we raise our voice for our self respect

Corporate bully is a real shit , here in India it’s even more ,i have gone through it I can understand how it feels ,it will drain you mentally, the worst and sad thing is it’s always the one who’s peaceful, who can’t say no easily (people pleasers),who’s scared of their job security, who’s minding their own business and working their ass off these kind of people goes through it always, during my initial days I dint know how to raise my voice against management and even on shitty double minded colleagues but now I know how to handle them tightly, I am glad that you are out of it and soon you’re gonna be in a better place for sure.

You've done a great job, brother❤, and I want to tell you about my story. I've been working since 2018 when I was 20 years old, and since then I've dealt with so many guys who were always jealous of my looks, my work, and my nature, and I would get so depressed about my life. You know, that is why I didn't make any guys friends in my life because I was afraid of making fake friends. Apart from my story, best of luck in your future ❤. Now I feel like guys don't want to be friends with someone who is really good-looking.

We are on same board. The same thing happened to me because i denied to take part in their shady activities. They terminated me without giving me a cause and it took a toll on my mental health.I am happy that you stand for yourself. I got to know that i am not alone. There are a few people who loves there dignity more than money. I have huge respect for you. In the initial days you will feel a little bit sadness but eventually you will realize that it is good for your mental health that you don’t have to face the toxic environment and people. Be proud that you took stand for yourself and God always has better plan for us.
