I get the thing about cops with records looks bad but would you not also say people deserve a second chance . And the cops need to be seen to be fair to everyone from ethnic backgrounds and the rehabilitation of offenders act. And theres cops out there who dont have records but they are as bent as a 50p but i do think there shoyld be a limit of what type of conviction is allowed. And big up baz he was awesome .
