They're all pillocks and wassocks. I was told I would be sacked for not wearing my PPE (gloves, hard hat, goggles, and ear defenders, working in a new, empty office on site. I already had toe cap boots and hi viz on which wasn't enough, as it was a blanket policy throughout the site, but not common sense. Needless to say, I was out of there, and not sacked either ! 🤣

Trouble is people who are blanketed in PPE eventually stop looking for hazards as they have an idea they are almost invisible. Can't find the article but head of the Armys Helicopter maintenance and safety department published about the effect and it becomes a safety numbness failure to really observe caused by overload of rules and regulations and an idea of their own safety because of the systems in place

I must say im glad i found videos like this some 8 or so years back. Its forced me out of inquisitiveness to look into what is and isn't allowed. Though ive never been in a situation like this as a worker im delighted in general that if i ever am ill fully understand what is and isnt allowed and at no point will i make an absolute disgrace out of myself or anyone i work for while potentially having banter with whoever is in question knowing theyre fully right. I just cant comprehend how lads like him are where they are. Every job ive done so far ive done to the best of my ability and always ensured no matter what kind of job it is the customer and the boss are always happy end of the day. So my confusion as to how people like him survive or even get their jobs in the first place absolutely sky rocket's. This has to be the affect seen from the pandemic, i have absolutely no doubt these people where ushered through barely operational zoom classes then brought in on site first chance at opening because nothing they do or know says qualified. I can understand why people get pissed off with the job market and jump on the dole for two years at this point.

Oh by the Way Elior found out that Running The 6 Met Police Units on 4m a year when Lambeth alone Needed an Annual Budget of 1.5m just to Run and ESB wasn’t far behind them at a Running Cost of a Cool Million Pounds a Year to Run on ! Ah yes Bidfood or 3663 is what they will always be to ME ! Yes I was in The Metropolitan Police Service for almost 18 years and we or should I say The Met used this Foods Company to Buy in Bulk and then some ?. Yes in all of the Units I worked at from Hounslow’s POTC to Chiswick Police Station to Hammersmith to ESB and Lambeth too ! Ok The Original POTC as in The Public Order Training Center or POTC for short ?. I would think The Met Police is or was there Biggest Customer in Metropolitan London but not anymore because of The 2008 Crash and other Comperntishion too ! When I Joined in 2001 The Met at the time had 128 Units in Metropolitan London IE The Met Police Service But by 2018 just before I left or was Medically Retired this went down to 6 Units ESB LAMBETH THE NEW,NEW YARD THE NEW POTC SITE THE MAIL NEAR B PALACE AND ONE OTHER ? Yes sorry I always forget the Last One ?. Yes well when I first started the annual Budget for the Internet Catering was 15m a year to just before I left my Last Unit as in Lambeth was asked to Run in on 500k a Year by Elior ! But soon found out that this Budget Went Out the Window when The know Convicted Donald J Trump came in 2016 or was it 2017 ?. So yes Bidfood will always be 3663 to ME OVER THE 18 OR SO YEARS THAT WE DEALT WITH THIS MONSTER FROZEN FOODS COMPANY ?. There’s a place in my Heart for 3663 and They will always be 3663 to ME I find it Easier to say than there Not so New Name of Bidfood or is it FoodBid ?.
