You can't imagine how much you helped me.Because of you I started to realize that dpdr isn't even a disorder and it's actually a coping mechanism for trauma.Things are getting better once you learn what actually dpdr is.

Hi sir can i ask something about hypochondria
@MrSassmaster123
@MrSassmaster123 3 жыл бұрын
The one thing that has helped me a lot is accepting and being aware of the fear of not being confident enough. Then I say to myself "well, I can't see future and I can't be 100% sure whether I recover from it or not, but just because I don't know what the future holds, why shouldn't I focus on getting better and on the best possible outcome. Why shouldn't I do things that I know will give me the best chance to heal (eating healthy, meditating, good sleep, positive self talk etc). I'm scared, but it's my responsibility towards myself to do everything I can and the only time in life we can be brave is when we're scared, so it's okay. And even if it doesn't happen then hell with it, I know I gave it my all." So I think it is important to shorten the timeframe and stay present and focus on the things I can do right now that can serve dividends, rather then thinking about the possible outcomes, because we can never be 100% sure about anything.

Thank you so much man. I bought your course a couple years ago and it really did help. I was recovered in only 7 months from following all the steps and everything. I never said thank you, and I just wanted to do that.

I recommend everybody to buy it. I honestly saw so much improvement. It lessened the feeling and helped with my stress which made it easier to forget about. Instead of thinking about it everyday, every hour, every minute, every second, it only was once a day to once a week to once a month. I still randomly remember that I had it, but I don’t feel it anymore.

Well I’ve tried meditation and sleeping helps sometimes with my dpdr. Today I’m going to the Zoo with my family hoping I can find some sort of resilience to this and maybe have a break from unreal reality if that makes sense. I hope everyone who suffers with this that feels like they are alone or that this is the permanent way of feeling. Think of it as a good thing because this has helped me quit smoking nicotine and weed. I definitely feel healthier however I still do get really anxious and depressed but I keep going cause I know there is light guys. If this reality wasn’t real then why is life still going? Why do we have families? Just remind yourself that their are people who care and feel the same way you do. We are strong, we are the DPDR army and will break through this!

Was nice to get out and get some and and see the animals really helped. Yeah I did have some trouble in the beginning and somewhat in the middle but I pushed through and felt okay. Don’t be scared to get out guys, start small, go on walks and progressively go on longer walks. It gets better and yes it’ll get bad sometimes but it’ll be okay, just accept the way you feel and don’t be scared. What happens is inevitable

Hi everyone, I am currently experiencing a lot of anxiety. I have this particular mental symptom and was wondering if someone can help me identify it. It feels in some ways like dp but it is different to how people and this channel describe it as well. I don't really feel disconnected from myself or reality. What I feel is like the atmosphere around me is different. Not the physical atmosphere such as the air. I mean that the atmosphere has a different vibe to it. I look outside my window and everything looks normal, but it doesn't feel normal. It's like I'm in another time or reality. I look at a picture of a countryside and something about that countryside looks strange and scary as if it were from a previous life or from a dream. I feel like this is a form of dissociation/DP. I feel like my mind is trying to zone me out of the stress by making me feel like I'm in another time or place. As if my mind is self meditating so to speak. I'm writing this because theoretically the explanation of what DP is and how it works and why it happens makes sense as to why this is happening to me, but it's just that what does happen to me is different to what people describe. I don't feel unreal, detached from myself/reality . I just get flashes of atmospheric dreams and locations look weird to me. Everything I see looks normal and real, but it has a different vibe to it like from a dream, alternate reality, different time or previous life. Any insight or information or any response from anyone would be massively appreciated. Thank you for reading

It is extremely difficult for me to accept that this is trauma, and not some sort of brain/nervous system damage from the drug that caused it. I was never anxious before. At least not in the classic racing heart hyperventilating sense. Depressed yes. Sometimes very. But once the drug hit my blood stream things change instantly. It's way better but i never truly get over it and i relive and think about it every single day.

I have met quite a few ppl who recovered from it. They dpdr left before the rest of their symptoms did they just don't go to forums or anything because they don't want the stress. Just stay away from stimulants supplements overloading stress for a few years after your recovery. You may be sensitive for a while.

Now I am way more calm than 20 minutes ago, like the Gazelle in Gazelle Disney Land ^^ Another thing I just wanted to tell you is, that i decided to wait with trying to join your inner circle. Because I just talked to the German specialist in DpDr a week ago and I’m confident with my therapist too. So I will try to overcome this state with these horrible symptoms without your help first due to my confidence. If i won’t make any significant progress within the next months, and feel like I need your help I will sign in for the inner circle for sure. By the way, I wanted to thank you again for the recommended books, I’m reading „Atomic Habits“ at the moment and be waiting for the delivery of „The Body Keeps The score“. @@zyro8283 my therapist said that I don't have derealization and I kinda agree with her now. For me I just feel like a dull blade, as if I am still high in a way cause sometimes the day feels like night as if I am intoxicated. Gets much worse when I lack sleep, and on top of that now I am light sensetive and have pain just above my eyes due to the fact that I didn't sleep for a whole week after coming off medication by myself and still try to recover from that, my sleep been better and I feel better over all. I also have anxiety and my therapist said I have GAD and some type of chemical imbalance in the brain . I did overdose , I took way too many hits of strong strain from a pax vape pen and have not been the same since. Let me know if you feel similar, I just feel like our problem is low THC intolerance and it will pass , but it's very hard to deal with. Same thing happened to my coworker and he was messed up for a little over 6 months. I am here if you need to talk, I also have discord
