Started having depersonalization late September of last year and I’m finally starting to feel better. It gets better guys. Remember to eat healthy and try to get sleep, when it feels like it’s all that you can think about distract yourself and accept it. In order to move on you must accept these feelings.

@@prime7441 Thanks man, that gives me hope that this won't last forever. It seems to be a bit like picking a scab. As much as you may want to it will only make things worse and cause the healing process to take longer. Sometimes I get severe panic attacks where I look around me and I start thinking life is a movie and it's terrifying how we don't know what's behind the scenes. All is fun and games until someone says that exact thing you want to hear.. and you are going to analyze that coincidence 🙄 and every other .. because everything is almost too good to be true and still you feel that feeling like you watching movie, but it is YOUR LIFE ?! .. it will trigger sooo much :/ headache don’t help let me tell you that, I save myself from panic attacks when I start thinking this 👉🏻 still everything feels, taste.. and sound (I feel like this thing gave me superpowers on that one.. unfortynately I am scared of those :/ CARS ARE SO LOUD .. these days) .. but what I meant by those was that panic attacks don’t come if you will find some peace with this moment.. I mean like ”oh yea I have never thought about this or payed attention for that, but now I am.. that’s scaring me.. BOOM.. but do I care of those things.. nah.. I wonder how my grandmother is doing 🥰”.. because WHEN YOU WILL recover you want to be sure that you have asked your grandma whatsuppp! Real and super strong fear of schizophrenia isn’t helping eather.. like ”my mind can do this, well .. what else” ps. One time weed and for the first time panic attack and well the rest is history (still stuck here and waiting .. you know.. reality I guess) AND I love your videos btw

@@lookatma1596 That was the third video I ever did around 3 years ago. Sunglasses are one way to reduce the amount of sensory input coming into your eyes which may help reduce sympathetic nervous system activation a little temporarily. However, to resolve these symptoms in the long run you need a body-based strategy. I have an online course at dprecovery.com called "The Depersonalization Recovery Course" that has over 6 hours of step-by-step instruction on how to resolve these symptoms in the long term. That's one option. Also follow me on Instagram as I talk about recovery a lot. @Jordanhardgrave. Also remember that you are STRONG, and you CAN overcome this!
