I am not impressed with I Am Not Starfire

DC has been making young adult graphic novels featuring their characters and now it's Starfire's turn on the chopping block. This time it's about an author's self insert OC who is goth and reserved compared to Starfire's outgoing and loving personality. Unfortunately, Mandy is extremely rude and abrasive to the point where she's to unlikeable to get invested in. Everybody brings up her famous mom and she's annoyed by it which would be understandable but her actions towards others, especially her mom are just unreasonable. She's mean, rude and annoying. Everything ends up working out in the end for her but we feel like Starfire deserves better than this.
