The two most OP skills in the game are alchemy and enchant. you want high restoration to make fortify alchemy and fortify enchant spells. i used to make potions that restored about 500 points of health, stamina, and magicka per second for about 20 minutes real time!

I always forget enchant can be trained by using enchanted items. I wish I had that as a minor skill on this character along with block, although having block super cheap to be trained early is like a free +15 agility

(intelligence and willpower +10 constant effect) head to dead tax collector then follow the coast north. there's two tombs atthe waters edge in that direction, you want the one with a tree next to the doorway.

Argonians are objectively the funniest race to pick in morrowind. I love the idea that Nerevar decided to reincarnate himself into a lizardman just to fuck over all of the dunmer people that spent centuries worshiping the people that betrayed him, it's a real chad move imo

I beat morrowind once, and always meant to do a better playthrough some other time. I was a redguard and marched straight towards the end and followed a very simple formula until I got strong enough to progress without doing it every time. Enter dungeon. Use adrenaline rush. Fight until it runs out. Leave dungeon. Wait for 24 hours. Repeat. Surprisingly effective considering it eventually took down a dremora (lord maybe? Idk it took a stupid number of cycles to take him down.) As the first enemy.

Hand to Hand is the easiest way to level speed in the game. Here's a Morrowind challenge for you, beating it as a true Ninja. Race: Khajiit Class: Ninja Specialization: Stealth Favored Attributes: Speed and Agility Majors: Hand to Hand, Acrobatics, Marksman, Speechcaft, Unarmored Minors: Security, Sneak, Mercantile, Restoration, Athletics Sign: The Lady Acceptable Guilds/Factions: Blades, Thieves Guild, Morag Tong, Hlaalu (if you must) Training strategy: Taunt anyone and/or everyone into a fight and then beat them up. This trains speechcraft hand to hand, and unarmored. Run and jump a lot to train acrobatics and athletics, shoot cliff races and other wild life to train marksman. Throwing weapons suit you. Unlock stuff and steal things to train security and sneak. Heal yourself for restoration and use it to fortify other skills like Mysticism for utility moments like mark and recall, intervention, or absorb fatigue. Training mercantile involves mastering the art of Khajiit trading to get the most out of your loot. The best merchant for big ticket enchanted weapons is the marksman merchant in Vivec Foreign Canton. To make this work you start by trading her items she can afford to pay a fair price for. Then when you get something worth way more gold than she possibly has you sell it by not only taking all her gold but also trading for some of those less expensive items. Wait a day and then sell them back to her. It takes time but you get more gold in the end. Plan: Start the main quest, join the Thieves or Hlaalu as you cover guild, I recommend Thieves. Do their quests along side the main quest until Caius leaves. Once Caius leaves your goals change. You now want to beat the main quest the back door way, to do that you have to kill Vivec, take the broken version of wraithguard, get the Dwemer dude to fix it, then just go get Keening and Tsunder. Finally you can beat up dagoth ur and kill the heart. At whichever point you start to feel truly invincible do the Morag Tong for pure fun. Bonus mission: Acquire the arrows of slaying in Solstheim, complete the temple quests in Mournhold until you get invited to meet with Amalexia then kill her and all her hands in her throne room, using those arrows. If done correctly you can run like the wind and jump so high you're basically flying. Plus you'll be rich, and what do you spend that money on? Enchanted stuff. My personal recommendation is to start with a pair of exquisite pants with constant effect restore fatigue. Use restoration to fortify mysticism and cast soul trap, etc. P.S. If you're running Morrowind Code Patch, tick the box that removes level caps to really take this train off the rails.

One of my favorite early game exploits is solving the tax collector quest without talking to him about it first. If he never asked you to solve the murder, then he gives you the reward without asking about the collected taxes that were left on the body.

*Another fast* way to raise *Alchemy* and make *money.* After you get the Master Set in Caldera, teleport back Balmora Mages Guild. Then Ajira, right infront of you, has unlimited Crab Meat and Kwama Eggs. If you sell her back the meat or eggs, she'll permanently carry that amount. Then Make a ton of Potions. Level Up (Pay for training if you want.) Sell back to Ajira, Nalcarya in Balmora, and Scamper. Then Repeat. Another Tip: If you have too much gear/potions. The building to your left when you leave Nalcarya's has a permanent body that you can store unlimited items in right inside the door. Another Tip: Find sellers of Foritify Intelligence ingredients. Make potions. Drink. Repeat. Discover your true potential.

It really comes down to just reading carefully and paying attention to what NPCs say. The Morrowind codepatch is something you might wanna install though, as it fixes a lot of the hick-ups of the original game.

Man, I wish I had time to watch this. I just found your 2nd channel. I'm curious if you actually know how to use the in-game exploits. I seem to be the only one who remembers. Here is a taste... If you mix the "soul trap on target" magical effect in the spell creator with any effect and cast it looking at the ground, the effect becomes permanent. When it comes to spell crafting , duration is the thing that stops most spells from being possible to craft at the start of the game. This does not matter when you mix the status increase with the soul trap... You will find this works with status increases, skills, and conjurations. Be careful you don't break your game with too many permanent Summoned followers. The summoned gear Is weightless... So...heres a handy spell to craft for cheap... soultrap on target for 1 second/fortify health 100 points for 1 second. Look at the ground and cast it. Cheers.

I'll go on record and say the worst thing about Morrowind is the DB assassin. It comes from the DLC, so it completely breaks the balance of the base game once you get that gear. Without it, the game is really well balanced but every time I have tried to get someone into the game, they get that gear too early and it ruins the experience. I wish they had implemented the DLC better and delayed the DB assassin somehow.
