Just awsome. Love the eye contact between banjo player on left to the bass at 1.38 and the eyes of approval at 2.50. Just pure joy to watch and listen too. Thanks

God bless you! Thanks for listening and commenting. I am the guitar player. My dear friend Phil Sarlo, the one playing banjo on the left who controls this channel, was in a horrific car accident less than a year after this video was recorded. He lives with constant pain, is bed most of the time and needs healing of body, mind, and soul. If you would, pray for him. My hope is that we'll be able to do more ministry with music some day.

Hi Philip: Glen here from the Toronto Banjo Band. We all play four string banjos but I've also got a great love for the five string. Keep the videos coming; they're absolutely terrific. My best. Glen...

You guys are all Great! What is the young guys name ripping up the banjo? Is that his Dad on the guitar? Must watch "Mountain Railroad " and " I Saw the Light". Does he have Tabs for that? That guy is GOOD! I would feel blessed if I could play half as good as that one day.

Hi Barry. Sorry this is so late with a reply. This is Dean Johnson, the guitar player in the video. My dear friend Phil Sarlo, the one playing banjo on the left who controls this channel, was in a horrific car accident less than a year after this video was recorded. He introduced me to the Glicks and I think that was the first time I ever played with them. (Jeremy, the young banjo player is not my son :) They are incredible musicians and it was an honor to play with them. I don't know that I had ever watched the replay of this one, but I am trying to go back and get some of Phil's videos out to another set of folks that haven't seen or heard them. Phil is one of my closest friends and has been a spiritual mentor through the years. I miss my times of fellowship and picking with him. He is still alive, but has some major issues with pain and is in bed most of the time. Lots of folks are praying for his recovery. He needs healing of body, mind, and soul. If you would, pray for him. Thanks for commenting on the video and be blessed in 2021 and beyond!

@@deanjohnsonsmusicinc.1269 beautifully written. Going back through his videos just now, and I forgot how amazing he played! I also miss the times of playing with him! Man he is such a light to everyone he comes in contact with! 💛

Love the music, but the sound is so muted that it is hard to tell what the words are except for the chorus.

I think it is mostly your device because even though they weren't miced ...it is very clear on several different players
