Greenyer has made the case: All patents can and do withhold IP but show enough data for those "in the Art" to grasp that a thing does what is claimed. TY.

Is the partner's ownership of the IP exclusive? I hope Andrea has not made the mistake of that because they could easily bury it and Andrea would be unable to replicate or manufacture his invention.

More likely than not, the new owner of Rossi's IP is now a Japanese company. The Japanese have always had an open mind toward LENR. I don't believe that the Invention Secrecy Act applies to IP in Japan.

Thanks. ISA on my radar. janap makes a good point below. Greenyer was working with the Japanese Clean Planet on fixing Fukushima. The Fuku folks are ignoring the tech that can transmute the tritium. NOT solving energy off grid seems an international mindset. Status Quo has got to go.
