Labor shortage? Someone needed to test the theory behind there really being one in the United States. I applied for 10,000 jobs after I watched a man apply for 1,000 jobs to see if this can be a real thing. The great resignation and quiet quitting, well, they appear to be quite real.

My manager is a POS only giving me 4 hours a week so it looks like I have to find jobs again. I’ve applied for 80-100 in the past few months and not one online application yielded an interview. I got 4 interviews by straight up calling businesses and asking for an interview. Got denied on all 4. These are retail jobs for reference. I’m screwed

I'm a 25 year machinist toolmaker. Wages in Tampa are where Huntsville Alabama was in 2005-2010. The location means alot. Companies take advantage of what ever the worker will take for pay.

Lol hates to tell ya but I have heard far worse rap, and have seen far worse music videos. Appreciate the research you did job hunting is very entertaining so many posts as an entry-level position yet require 2+ years, I am not sure if they understand the definition of entry-level and may need to get reeducated themselves. Personally, My experience is based in Florida however.
