You have great humility and personality. Keep up the grind and follow your gut. It was 3 YEARS from my first line of python code to my first tech job now as an ops research analyst and I wouldnt change a thing. I was rejected a couple times along the way. Steve jobs gave a speech mentioning that its easy to look back and connect the dots. We all have a path for us. That job just wasn't for you man. Nothing stops you from gearing up more and maybe applying again. Great video!

It absolutely sucks when you spend so much time and effort on a job application only to be rejected. It's part of the process, though. The most important thing is to learn why you were rejected so you can at least take something valuable away from the experience. This time, though, it looks like it was simply that the competition was too strong. It happens and will happen again. Keep on keeping on and never give up!

Just had my first experience with an internship. My brain fried because I couldn't meet deadline. I had everything figured out until I discovered a massive oversight. I love this thing but it is draining. 10 mins work became 2 days and little progress. I'm glad to learn it's not unique to me. Keep up the good work.

Estimating how long a project will take is borderline impossible 😅 "I'll have this done between 2 hours and 2 weeks"

@@ziklegend1958 definitely python in my opinion (though R is good too) . Python and SQL give you the fundamentals
