Uh hey Poof, here is a bit of advice Your punches aren't actually weaker on some of these bags. There are three levels of punching bags, those being Brown, White, and Black The Brown ones with the patches are the weakest, and on the rarest of occasions can be thrown out in 1 hit. The white ones are the middle bag that, on average, can take about 3 or 4 hits if you aren't power hitting them. And the black bags are the strongest, usually taking the most amount of hits to actually knock out. If you run into them during your run to get platinum, restart the run because it isn't worth your time to knock out the black bags (quick edit, I realized every run starts with a black bag, don't restart at the start.) Same with the white ones, if you get to many of those that you can't quick remove, just restart. Also, last thing, don't swing the wii remote/nunchuck too hard, otherwise the punches won't register. Usually some average flicks and jabs gave me the most consistent results

Useful Unwanted Tips: 1) You gotta keep that momentum going by making sure you're in a good range with the sensorbar and you get a good feeling of how the sensor captures your movement and transfers to the game. 2) You speed up your punches a bit if you lose your momentum to catch up, like 2-3 punches a second. If you can do that less than 2 times then you'll be on a good track. 3) Idealy try to knock down 10 bags every 15 seconds (1/4) of the full minute.
