What a very Beautiful and i would say a Luxurious Restaurant, Lovely to see the Professional Chefs Preparing and the Head Chef cooking the Steaks on Flamed Grill. They looked really Delicious and cooked to Perfection. Lee, You chose the perfect selection of Quisine for You to Savour. Fresh Salad for your Starter and for your Entre' or Main Dish, The Fillet' Mignon. The Best and absolutely cooked and Presented Steak with a Lovely Big Baked Potato and Al Dante' Asparagrus and with Accompniments to go with your Excellent Steak. The ! STEAKHOUSE !! inside the Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas. This was absolutely Worth the Money Lee. This was Great Lee. 12+/10.

Being a local for over 40 years the steak house at circus is just another tourist attraction my choice for a succulent steak and ambience is Bob Taylor's Ranch House but also Oscars in the Plaza and to round off the list is Binions Steak house at the Horseshoe on Fremont

My girlfriend and I visited Las Vegas for the first time in 1982. We dined at the Circus Circus Steakhouse and the meal was superb. Our waiter [server] was "Eddie." The quality of the steak and the service was memorable. It looks like they've kept up the quality of the steaks throughout all these years.

Circus Circus opened in 1968. But starred in the 1971 Bond film Diamonds are Forever. Classic. Really unusual for a casino to last that long in Vegas.

Really enjoyed watching that video, great music choice and expected Dean Martin to walk in behind you. I got married in Vegas (By Elvis) last year and we dined at the 2 Michelin star Picasso restaurant inside the Bellagio, whole meal cost me £900 (including tip)!!! Fantastic experience!

That was very impressive Lee, Id certainly give that a go next time we visit, That Fillet looked perfectly cooked to me, it would be my choice and cooked exactly like yours, If there is one thing Americans do well its a baked potato, Its nice they allowed you to film the cooking of your steak, that was Superb. The Circus Circus is nostalgic for me too as we took my wife's parents there around the same time you went all those years ago with your parents.

You picked the right music for the atmosphere and the food did look great. At those prices, the meat must come from the golden calf that Moses found his people worshiping. The drinks must be the nectar of the ancient Greek gods. Circus Circus used to be known for a very low cost all day buffet. I was entertaining some people and wanted to take them to a nice restaurant. But they wanted to try that buffet. It wasn't bad. Food quality was OK (about a 7.5 overall) and the price was very reasonable.

Hi Lee. In the US, always enjoy Ruth's Chris Steak House. Their Ribeye is to die for. Prime & Provision on Wacker in Chicago is another go to. Always go for the Ribeye a much juicer tastier piece of meat. Enjoy

Dined there years ago. Absolutely loved it & best Ive ever had. Better than Charleys in Orlando & Yachtsmen in Disney. Superb. Prices have goned up a bit! Loved a cigar & brandy in cigar room afterwards which I assume isnt there any more!

Looks absolute perfection. We had an amazing restaurant in Nairn near Inverness that was run by two very young sisters (both in early 20’s), that served the most delicious and tender steaks, just as you described. It was a warm and welcoming place to go and they worked so hard for it. Unfortunately during Covid lockdown, they got a bank loan to keep going which unfortunately became too much and destroyed their wonderful business and they closed down. Absolutely devastated for them

Hi Lee, I went to Vegas back in the day. Loving the vids! If the Stardust is still there, pop in and say hi to naughty Nora, from me, Big Dave LOL Have a great stay. I did LA, Las Vegas, Reno, then on to San Francisco before the drive back down the coast returning to LA. Staying at the Trade Winds Motel at Inglewood in LA. Returning to Heathrow from LAX. Loved it = have a blast and enjoy!

Bearnaise sauce is absolutely amazing! I would always get some of this sauce to accompany any steaks that I’d cook for myself at home. For some reason, in Australia, I cannot seem to find this sauce anywhere, anymore 😢 Another great video, my friend 😊

That's a big steak I had a 6 oz the other day and it was more than enough. Love peppercorn sauce. With chips tomatoes mushrooms , onion rings with the 6 oz steak was £8.50 at a Pub near Newport south Wales, the Ship inn.

Lee, you can’t really make a statement like that without trying other places in Vegas , I would say the steak should have come with a drop of oil or butter on it, sight is one of your main senses when it comes to food and it looked dry, I had the same thing ordering a fillet at Hawksmoor recently it tasted great but the first look wasn’t great. I’ve never been impressed with American beef, there are much better places around the world. If you ever come to London again try a pub called “The Guinea Grill” best steak by far 👍

I was in Vegas in the 90s and it was so cheap any bottle of beer 75 cents and a steak (my best steak was near the Grand Canyon in a tin cabin ) about $20 no resort Taxes to pay also tipped only no service charged. With the kids 3 to 4 hundred dollars for a meals todays prices..... It out of my price range .... Blackpool will have to do....

I spent a week there for a work conference about 15 years ago. Ugh. I'm not into glitz I like more natural places. If go outside of Vegas some beautiful natural areas. I also got food poisoned there in the Paris Paris. I have no interest in going back.

I’ve just got back today and met macmaster in the airport. It’s not a dump , there are good and bad like London and every other city , it’s overpriced for sure but definitely a good experience imo .

The casino opened in 1968. The hotel opened in 1972. I visited that year at age 8 years old with my grandparents. Saw my fist naked boobs (with pasties) during a circus show, grandma said "time to go!" Vegas was tiny back then but was still packed with people!

There are lots of nice steak houses in Vegas, every casino has one, but prepared to pay the price, There are some super expensive places and other places half the price that serve excellent steak with decent service that's not over the top.

Wow! I LOVE the steakhouse. Throwback 70's/80's MAGIC classic cookery, decor,service and ambiance. You cannot copy or fake that, it's the real deal. Marco Pierre White and the likes would kill for this place as it's exactly what they try to achieve. The food spoke for itself Lee, there is nothing to say when you have a meal that actually DOES make you speechless. I'd easily and happily go there with the 3 friends I always travel with and blow $2k. Outstanding review, best yet. Are you going to do the hoover damn? I'm sure you're sick of glitz at this stage. Lee, you want to give “herbs and rye” a try while you’re in Vegas! Brilliant speakeasy steakhouse just off strip. Best part is their steaks are half price at happy hour. Bit of a pain to get a reservation but you can walk in and sit at the bar (better atmosphere at the bar too)

Wonderful! When the steak is perfect! Their T-Bone looked small, I ate 1 kilo of T-B in Peppes in Palma for 1100 Pesetas in the 70s and now McM paid 24 x more for his wonderful steak, Where will it end?.
