Hey jazmin!! Its been a while since I commented but I am sure you remember me. Could you do a eating like fitness influencers or have a video dedicated to your life story because linda did that and it would help connect or learn from your experiences regarding fitness.

By the way, Ethiopia has one of the longest living people as well. Plus, Ethiopian food is so diverse and tasty. I genuinely recommend that. Another fyi a 98 year old man survived covid last year.

Girl this was so cool!! I was born, raised, and live in Loma Linda and am also Seventh day Adventist so it was super exciting seeing our little community represented in your video🥰 Another reason our community lives so long is because we rest on the Sabbath, or Saturday! It allows us time to completely rest from our work, worship God, and spend time with family which leads to longer and healthier life! Loved the video hermosa💞

You should definitely do a video where you eat your follower’s recipes for a day or a week! You could have your followers comment or send you their recipes, whether they found them on the internet or created them themselves. It would be a great way to try new things :)

Blue zone villages don’t eat as many eggs (at max. three per week on average), or meat (ikaria for example didn’t eat big fish like tuna typically, only the smaller fish, and only a small amount too) as you show in the video. If anyone is interested in the Blue Zones and what they ate, Dan Buettner documents it very well in his book “The Blue Zones Kitchen” which is very nice. More emphasis on whole plant foods.
@kamifae59282 жыл бұрын
Wow, so so much meat, way too much if you’re trying to represent the traditional blue zone villages diets, this is closer to what the younger generations are eating, which is whats causing them to catch up to the US in terms of heart disease and mortality.

Hey Jazmin! I’ve been making your brownie granola for the past few weeks and I’m obsessed! I was wondering if I should be using unmelted coconut oil in it like it looked like you did in the video. I’ve been melting mine and the clusters seem to be much smaller than yours :(

@raghdaalnasser54413 жыл бұрын
Yes you can! I recommend using eggplant, cauliflower, carrots if you want to make it without meat. Those vegetables are typically used in maklouba. Bake them with some oil and seasonings first. Then add potatoes and tomatoes to the bottom of your pot (this helps prevent the rice from burning), add the baked veggies on top (you can also add some canned chickpeas), then add your soaked and drained rice! Serve with a summer salad or cucumber garlic mint yogurt 😋 so yummy!!

do you have any tips for someone who’s trying to get their period back and for someone who’s trying to heal their relationship with food?
@emilyfan35643 жыл бұрын
I don't share your experiences, and I hope you're doing ok, but I always try to see food as a necessity to live, not a reward. Food can also often be a social event, eating with family or friends. I use food as a time either for myself, where I can relax and enjoy delicious food, or I use food to spend time with people I love. Your body deserves to be loved, and eating delicious nourishing food is a form of self-love. I really hope this helped somewhat, again I don't share your experiences nor am I certified in any way 🤗
