HI BBY! I've missed you and I'm so excited to share what I eat in a week on a surf trip as well as a week in my life as a healthy college student at UC Berkeley... doing online school of course! I spent a few weeks on a vacation in a beautiful town in Guerrero, Mexico called Saladita. The waves and surfing was UNMATCHED and I had so much time cooking healthy recipes with my family and enjoying chill and relaxing moments in nature. In this week in my life I'll show you me eating healthy on vacation, a week of workouts, surf sessions and of course vlogs of my time with family :)

Brownie Granola recipe:
-3 cups rolled oats
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/2 cup walnuts
Mix all ingredients, press VERY firmly into a pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes! Allow to cool, then break into clusters.
