So the body's ability to digest the food comes into play, If her stomach is still full when she starts eating again, its gonna be a disadvantage.

That’s called survival mode. The body is NOT meant to be on a diet and dieting doesn’t lead to sustained weight-loss. You will always always always gain the weight back and then some. You can’t override your body’s biology. The body will forever be smarter than any diet, fitness guru, or PhD. The body knows best, and any attempts to alter the body will backfire. Look up the Minnesota Starvation Study or read “The Fuck It Diet” “Rehabilitate, Rewire, Recover” instead of listening to these idiots. The body will lose the extra weight when you actually listen to it. -Anorexic for 13 years

Being two meters tall and quite lean, I definitely relate with your wife, as I need to eat a lot if I want to take on weight. Especially in the beginning it was tough and I was only aiming for like 3000+ calories a day. Eating two much is way harder than not eating enough, especially if it's a one-off.

She cooked 20k calories worth of food for the guy every day, that's a full time job+ overtime in itself. She also took care of the house and family solo. Basically her life revolved around him becoming the world's strongest man. They were a team in every sense of the word.

To be fair to Eddie one meal at a fast food restaurant could total over 1150 and as someone who has only been eating once a day generally (maybe twice 2 or 4 times a week) I eat more than his wife's daily intake in my one meal so I would have been bothered too. (For the record I don't do it cuz I am not hungry but due to either being at work or relaxing on the day or two I do not). Edit: Did the calorie count and I had just last night about twice what Eddie ate for the day in this video and am sick and thus less hungry
