I’m from around where Buc-ee’s started and I used to have one in my home town. They weren’t always massive travel centers they used to be just really nice small gas stations.

You can eat fairly well at Bucees. Their food counter sells lots of great sandwiches, burritos etc. They sell decent salads they have a great breakfast selection etc. You can eat a fairly balanced diet at bucees assuming you don't have any dietary restrictions.

I think we need a lot more of Buc-ee's challenges. Maybe a week of only eating the brisket sandwiches (or sandwiches from that brisket island). A week of only eating Buc-ee's jerky. A week of only items from the Buc-ee's bakery (the kolaches, which you've missed on, are great, not to mention the Beaver Tail). You can even do each of them at a Buc-ee's in different states.
