I’m Gee Bryant, the Founder of the Global online fitness company 'X28' - x28fitness.com & x28nutrition.com. I’m also the owner of The Loft Athletic Club, one of the country's most recognized independent fitness facilities. To date, I'm a health & fitness expert, author, artist, CEO, & motivational speaker who has physically, mentally, and spiritually transformed hundreds of thousands of lives in my career. I acquired my study through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as being a nationally accredited health & fitness coach through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. I'm also a certified Integrative Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner. My current studies include Holistic Nutrition via the American Fitness Professionals & Associates.
What separates me from others in this space is that I actually live what I talk about. I'm a firm believer in putting myself in the fire first before presenting anything as truth. A lot of people can tell you what to do, but only a few can truly show you from experience.
Times weren't always peaches & cream for me. About 6 years ago, I packed my car and my clothes and decided to embark on an 800-mile quest from Philadelphia, PA to begin a new life in Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, I quickly learned the harsh reality and demands of adulthood, and I found myself sleeping in my car. It was crunch time, and I was under intense pressure to make ends meet. With hard work, dedication, and an unwavering desire to succeed, I was able to use my God-given athletic ability to offer personal fitness training. However, as good of an idea as it seemed, the money wasn’t rolling in as quickly as I expected.
Once again, I found myself faced with the daunting task of building my reputation and business from the ground up, and I held free fitness boot camp classes all over the city before I made any real money. I was able to gain the trust and support of complete strangers to test my techniques, and their results were outstanding. My clients took to social media with their life-changing testimonies, along with before and after pictures showing off their new bodies, and creating a buzz for me as a young entrepreneur. But I wanted more, so I looked to help more people.
That desire led me to open my first gym in Atlanta, GA 'Phlexx Fitness' years ago, and from there with a lot of hard work, discipline, and consistency I was able to build my empire so to speak. I wanted to keep my core values at the heart of my business - respect, loyalty, commitment, responsibility, and excellence - so I always strived to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere for anyone that has come in contact with me or any of my brands. Today, I offer motivational content relevant to all walks of life. I understand how society has failed people in the sense that antiquated processes just don’t fit the climate anymore.

6 years ago I was diagnosed with hypertension. I refused to take the blood pressure medication as I was only 25 years old. I started eating fruits, vegetables and only drank water for 90 days, no coffee, tea, sugar and dairy products. I also started jogging every morning. My hypertension was cured after the 90 days. I still can't believe the doctor said I was going to be on the medication for the rest of my life.

I see a lot of people have asked did I work out during the 90 Days and the answer is no I didn't work out, I had been working out for 5-7 days a week for the last 7 years I chose to use this as rest and healing for my body. As a type of this I still haven't worked out in 127 days, I haven't lost any more weight, still down 55-60lbs. When I get a message that it's time to get back in the gym I will do that from a clean slate and it will be better than ever. Right now I'm appreciating my present state and each breath that comes with it.

I’ve been walking around with swollen feet and ankles for so long. I didn’t know what was wrong, I thought I was just overweight. I finally went to the doctor and my body was retaining fluid. The weight everything was affecting my heart. My right ventricle was messed up. The doctor told me I had two options, lose the weight or die. That was the day I said “ f*** these oxtails etc. I’ve been going to the gym for the past 2 weeks, no carbs such as rice bread etc. no salt/sodium, no processed foods, no sugar. And the first week was so hard. But baby I feel so goooooooood! My legs went down, I can finally wear shoes ! 😩 I have so much energy, no fatigue, I don’t feel sluggish. I don’t ever think I’ll go back to my old eating habits.

I agree 100% I started making smoothies, 3 to 4 cups of spinach, 1 cup of frozen mango, baby carrots, 1 cup of mixed frozen berries, pine apple, 1 scoop of collagen, chia seeds and coconut water/ water then blend together. You have 5 to 7 fruits and veggies a day and it's refreshing. I have energy all day, my hair is growing, I'm having less intestinal pain, my stomach is flatter and my poops are more regular and are a healthy color. I've been doing this for 3 months now and I can't stop it the benefits are amazing.

When I was homeless years ago, I got into a shelter that provided a letter to the state telling them I now had access to a kitchen to store and prepare food just so I could do Daniel's fasts three days every week...I realized it wasn't a fast for him though & simply how he ate (his diet). The amount of break throughs in the spirit realm & natural that resulted was amazing! I was excited at the speed at which God moved once I changed what I was putting in my body along with what I allowed in my ear & eye gates (I was fasting from every toxin in this world). It kept my physical & mental health together, especially when I'd go a month straight at a time eating like that. My mood improved. & despite what I was going through I wasn't depressed...I had this peace & joy that I couldn't explain. People were shocked how quickly I got a job, a place, a car, etc... The restoration & glow up was everything... Didn't so much as have a cold never needing a flu shot or anything. When we eat the way God intended from what his earth provides, then our bodies function the way they're supposed to.

@dspenderella9671
@dspenderella9671 Жыл бұрын
@@almightyg8339 Yes...It was common to eat a plant based alkaline diet for Hebrew people; it makes sense given biologically Blk people of Judah mostly transported to the US, who are true Hebrew people, are still biologically designed for such a diet and have so many ailments/bad health as a result of not eating that way since we've assimilated to eating like other groups who are accustomed to eating more animals & animal products. Daniel was eating the way that would keep him in the best physical & mental health to restore his cells, esp. brain cells so that he could think clearly & clearly hear from God - there's a reason they made a big deal about not eating unclean animals b/c of the ailments that ensued when they ate the way pagans did.

So many people are blind to the fact that everything in the life is spiritual- the food we eat, the way we act, the things that we know, our ability to discern, etc. Even our occupations fall into spiritual lines because many jobs are NOT okay and I don't mean stripping. I mean doctors that don't do their own research and just learn what the gov tells them to. The pharm industry manufactures poisons and venoms, yet these professions are looked at like the are worthy of "praise."They aren't. And if people do their own research, they will learn how to cure many ailments that supposedly have "no cure."

I did a Daniel Fast a couple years ago. It was challenging in every level and believe me the evil spirit tempted me. Through co workers, friends, etc. By the 2nd week I honestly lost the desire to eat, but I felt energized and a great sense of clarity. Once I completed my fast I was 11lbs down, and started having dreams again. Yes, it’s weird, but prior to fasting I lost the ability to remember my dreams. Ever since then I have vivid dreams and defeated the evil spirit of lust.

When you start eating fruits and 20% herbs and pylling out them parasites.... it really aint no other option. It seems we missed our first mission for so long. Our own environment... had we done that from the get go, we would have never "lost" god i believe. All my lust for power and greed and ego came from them damn worms ..... thats what they feed on. As well as sugar and meat. So changing the diet for me helped me understand more clearly what was happening to me spiritually. I found out over my years god is inside of me... not anywhere else. But everwhere else. But it always comes from within. Not from the outside in. I also saw more clearly that everything we see or touch is "past tense", everything.... its already happened. Evrrything you think and feel... is future tense.... it has not happened yet. So the future always lies within you. So i realized if i were to sit and remember a truamatic event.... and think about how i felt in the past. Bring that feeling to life inside me.... get mad about it... think about how to get revenge for it.... now ive built a reality where i have to live it again. I keep telling my grandmother and all healers .. stop with the "the white man is killing us" speech...... that makes us have to go through that shit forever..... we gotta let go of things........ all people... we hold on to things... not cars.. not houses.. im talking feelings... thoughts........ things that create our realities... i learned all this through diet. I learned that the "forbidden fruit" was meat, taken from the "tree of life"..... not an actual piece of fruit.... i learned that "let thwir be light" is a revolving inward process that didnt just happen once..... it represents and relates directly to our manifestation power. "Let there be a candle, let there be a glass of water, let there be a car....... we manifest this stuff through action...... but first we imagined us having it... and..... so be it.. our real life is inward. And again i learned that through changing my diet.

I’m 73. I’ve been a vegetarian since 19. I can testify that I’m in great shape and much better shaped when compared with friends, some of which died obese, and diseased with bad lifestyle: alcohol dependency; heavy carbs, always meat every meal, heart problems, high blood pressure, etc. So, if you want to end up better and live longer, garbage in, garbage out is all that matters, but vegan/raw/vegetarian, or at least 80/20 plant based is the way to go. Fasting intermittently is another one. Good luck, bro.

@MeneHuneUSA
@MeneHuneUSA 2 жыл бұрын
@@aroTheKidd You’d be a fruiterian. You’ll be eating mostly sugars and mess up your body’s insulin management. You’ll get fewer vitamins than a vegetarian and miss out on iron, salts, proteins, fibers. You’ll become lethargic, weak, mush-brained. Which strong animals live on fruit? None, like horses, elephants, and long-lasting, working animals on farms. Meat eating animals are lazy, sleep a lot, run fast, but only short track, and their digestive tracts are short to quickly eliminate waste and weight. Humans are not predators. Their digestive tracts are long, made to get the last bit of nutrition out of plants, and yes, fruit too. I said 80/20, and I meant 80% veggie, and the rest can be anything: meat, eggs, nuts, fruit, seeds--there’s little else in nature. KZbin is a good place to find nutrition info, and nutrition is the only thing your body needs, not what’s on the shelves in stores. Enjoy life, enjoy good health.

Any other advice for us? I like hearing wisdom from those that have experienced life
@MeneHuneUSA
@MeneHuneUSA 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you, @@nicebars . However, the path to wisdom is a minefield of mistakes, U-turns, and punishment. What I can advise you is to use common sense, and to make sure those senses are not diluted by beliefs, commercial interests, politics, uneven and unequal relationships, and opinions not based on any proof. Live the way of the warrior, alert to dangers of every kind. Practice situational awareness and abstain from foolishness and friends that pull you in an opposite direction. We have a voice inside that continually guides us, but if it’s fed garbage, that will be its language. Seek to continuously purify yourself from the toxins that hide in food, relationships, and your ow mind. Start the day by taking long, cold showers, this will strengthen your immune response. Abstain from soaps, conditioner, etc., as your body, like that of every other animal has no use for it. It will dry out your skin, hair, and kill all the good, healthy microbes that live on your skin and protect you. Daily cold showers are enough hygiene. Squat to poop. Don’t poop halfway standing up. Learn from animals as that is how we were designed. Learn a foreign language, travel, and respect every other living human being, no matter their station in life. Learn to play the flute by blowing into it until the sound that comes out is yours. Practice a martial art, not to enter into conflict and combat, but to understand your physical limitations. Never compete, as it causes injury and serves no longer purpose. Take long walks and bring a camera and pen and paper. Record your thoughts and what you observe. Don’t share them until neither matters anymore. We don’t live for the approval of others, but our own. Be kind to every living being, especially children and women, as both are innocent, yet being bombarded with nonsense that passes for education and ethics. Many years will be spent learning nonsense and little of it will aid you in life. Become comfortable with the idea that you know nothing, it’ll make you humble, and humbleness is rare. Seek and create harmony. To have a friend you first need to be a friend. Never argue, there are better ways to settle differences. Life is fleeting. It can end at any moment. The warrior knows this, and laughs at the wind. What else can one do? Walk around in armor? Relax, and people will find your company pleasant. Enjoy everything, it’s all part of the same. Earth is a star, like other planets, and just like any other species we are born from earth, from the oceans, from the interactions in the interstellar system. This makes us all carbon, star material, each one different, yet all the same. Nature has provided for us through millions of years and you came directly from a long past, as do your children, once you are ready to have them and be the parent they deserve. I wish you well. Pay it forward.

Standard meat isn't good for our overall wellbeing. The reason why people who go on a vegetarian or vegan diet and then go back to eating meat to only discover the negative side effects you mention is because the enzyme in our digestive system that is naturally there shuts off when we stop eating meat. The enzyme breaks down meats. When vegans/vegetarian then try eating meat again the digestive system can't cope as you have destroyed or reduce significantly the enzyme by not eating meat. I only buy organic meat and have been eating it for over a year now and I feel great. Yes, it is expensive but it is so worth it.

I did a form of this for 6 months and lost 70 pounds. I only ate fruit, vegetables, nuts, and I allowed myself to eat cooked healthy grains (quinoa) and beans because I was feeling very low energy at times. Very similar to the Daniel Fast in the bible. Looked and felt awesome! I fell off the wagon, though. When the holidays rolled around, it was really hard to stay focused. I fell victim to my grandma's Southern cooking when I went home on vacation! LOL

Yellow energy came from you consuming iron but not enough vitamin C to get those iron running through your body people don't realize they can consume iron until the cows come home but if they don't take vitamin C in with it like a couple of oranges a day or a healthy glass of Natural orange juice everyday and then iron is not doing anything for your body. It's like by the brand new car you can put as much gas as you want in it you can feel l the tank up but if your car doesn't have transmission fluid and oil to get those Pistons firing to make the car move that car is just going to sit there and if it move it won't get very far.✌🏿&🖤

The pain from the inflammation was really bad. I was losing sleep and started having really awful stomach issues. I'm almost 40, so I'm still young but was feeling and looking so old. I had to do something about it fast because it was debilitating.... I'm so happy with the results. My horrible hormonal acne is gone. I feel and look so good. I smell so good and don't sweat like I used to. My skin is so smooth. I no longer have migraines. I was having eye issues and that's all clear. I gave up coffee (I'm a teacher, so that's a huge deal for me). I'm not as stressed out like I used to and I can tolerate certain things that used to irritate the life out of me. I sleep like a baby. I just love the fact that I am happier than before and have so much energy.... this is not a diet but a new lifestyle for me and my family. Yes, it takes courage to do something that is different and unnatural to our being. So, I definitely understand where you are coming from. Good video ❤️

About 10 years ago, I went on raw food based diet for 5 months. I dropped approximately 60 pounds, my sleeping cycle got way better, I had more energy, I was more alert, I cured my carpal tunnel and hypothyroidism. The list kept going on and on... After 5 months on the raw food diet I went to the doctors for a follow-up on my hypothyroidism condition, he asked me what was I doing. When I told him I was on that diet, he just told "keep doing whatever you doing." That was the best feeling ever...

I had to stop @12:15 and make this comment. I’m in the process of stripping away the old me. I did the physical but I had to change my mental. I started going to therapy. I stopped watching porn I stopped smoking weed For the month of May, I’m letting go of all sweets, snacks and cake like foods. I’ve noticed a change in me since I’ve stopped the other things and cannot wait to see the benefit of this. I’ve tried to stop doing all these things in the past and what made it different for me to completely stop this time was my desire. I no longer have a desire to do these low vibrational things but instead become the woman I always see myself in my head as. Its a challenge but from what I see, I always come out on top because I put the work in. I hope this helps anybody out there! It doesn’t have to be done all at one time. Allow yourself some grace. I feel great. No pain! No meat, no dairy, hardly any oils. I go to the bathroom great. God only knows what I've been healed from. I think clearly now. Fasting clears the peneil gland. I did this for 30 days and it was definitely hard the first week but eventually it got easier (raw alkaline vegan & intermittent fasting). I was cleansing my body. I made my own salad dressing which helped a lot. I got the recipe from ty conscious kitchen. But I felt amazing but I lost a lot of weight. I went from 128 to 115lbs. My family wasn't too supportive but I didn't care. Also I am already a petite woman and my weight fluctuate from 130 to 124.

Hey Gee, I have been vegan for 16 years. I have been raw vegan for 3 years. I’m in Atlanta as well. I fasted for 37 days just water every year. So yesssss the spiritual part of this, is something that you can’t really understand. The level that you are talking, I definitely relate and I am just proud to see more black people chose this. It’s really a gift to come into this with introspection. Super dope video. Everyone for about 5 years now have been telling me to create a KZbin and Instagram to talk about it but I really didn’t feel like people would understand or I really wanted to put myself out there like that. So this video is actually encouraging me to do that. When I make my page, you should follow lol. Black woman to Black man, Salute to you on your journey.

I did a 21 day fruit and veggie fast (Daniel fast) back when I was in college 2012. I did it to get a stronger spiritual connection. When I tell you after that my skin was clear, my periods were sooo much better (I used to pass out and throw up). I was already lean but loss 10 pounds. I may do this again to refocus myself and clear up this adult acne (hormone imbalance issues). I forgot to mention my dumb behind came out of my fast eating bbq😂😆. Was laid out with stomach cramps, crying and praying. Now I know how to do it properly 😂.

This is so inspiring and encouraging. I’ve been on a weight loss journey and have lost 50lbs so far but I’ve plateaued. So I just recently started doing 16:8 fasting and for about a week now I’m slowly starting to lose weight again and a few inches off my stomach which never seems to move to me anyways. My bm are definitely changing since what I eat in my eating window is fruits and vegetables. It’s wreaking havoc on my sleep but I figure it’ll pass soon once my body finishes detoxing. However, I am starting to have some pain in my feet that I wasn’t having before, which I thought was strange but could be due to my type 2 diabetes. I’ve gotten off one of my meds due to my weight loss and lowered A1C so I’m just trying to get off of the other one as well. Glad I ran across your video.

We also need to talk about the emotional reasons behind disease. Cancer has been linked to bitterness and unforgiveness (even if its towards yourself). Not saying its ALWAYS the case, but we should make sure we get our minds and souls right before we can expect physical healing. Our immune systems recognize toxic thoughts and feelings as toxins and responds accordingly. Fear, resentment, hatred, anger, all toxic emotions that if not dealt with and go on for long periods of time, the body is affected.

When I tell you I’ve dealt with depression, anxiety, and rage for years. I went to a psychology clinic I took the medication I was given it masked the problem but it did not take it away. I knew in my spirit that it was something else and I was led to my diet. I changed my diet completely no sugar, no toxins, no breads, no dairy, Only fruits and vegetables within three months the rage completely gone haven’t experienced it since the depression gone the only thing I deal with from time to time is anxiety. After doing a lot of research depression, anxiety, rage, mood swings are signs that the brain is lacking nutrients. Don’t get me wrong some people are born with brain damage or injuries which causes these things but if a person isn’t I guarantee you it’s the diet that’s causing these issues.

They say much rage and depression comes from the GUT. Many meds you took killed your gut health but you can slowly rebuild it. I eat Kimchi and Sauerkraut (in water only) daily along with high fiber foods so I get both pre and probiotics. If you are out of balance (think like a hangover), your mood/mental health and many other things will obviously be effected. Read The Plant Paradox- it will amaze you. Anxiety is living in the future. Get a hobby- learn to play music for example can be very therapeutic- slow you down and live in the present. More than what nutrients you think you are lacking- it's more important to not poison the well. In other words, it's not just what you eat that will make you well- it is what you do not eat. After you read the book, you will understand.

Your weight ranges are the same as mine expect my top weight as a body builder was 210. I understand everything you're sharing and I appreciate it. I'm 69 and was a vegetarian between the ages of 24 and 27. I did 3 day fasts drinking only water at room temperature and herbal teas with no sugar or anything else. I did the 1st one after eating right for 1 year. The 2nd day was by far the hardest. The hunger was great at times and my muscles felt achey and just strange in a way I can't describe. The 1st and 3rd days weren't too bad. In fact by the late afternoon on the 3rd day I lost my sense of hunger entirely. I still remember walking down the street feeling light as a feather as if I was practically floating. I smiled when I realized what was happening. For awhile afterward I actually didn't want or feel a need to eat. I did succumb to temptation at lunch time on day 4 when I visited my friend who was a cook at a health food store and grill. He made me a gigantic home made veggie burger w/cheese and catsup on a sprouted whole grain bun loaded with alfalfa sprouts and like a fool I devoured it in short order. My gut felt a bit stuffed but it was worth it!!! Thanks Jim! RIP.

I love this. I did a 5 week fast over a year ago, and it was the first time I'd ever fasted beyond about 3 days so it was HARD. Unfortunately in the year since, I've fallen back into bad habits and have gained the weight back, and I keep feeling the spiritual push to try raw fruits and veg and work my way back to a fast again. I really appreciate your wisdom. I feel like I need to hear it. I'm normally such a spiritual person, and the past few months I feel like I haven't been very spiritual at all, so I really need this.

So very glad I found your channel! I’ve been plant-based for a few months now and lately I’ve been just consuming smoothies and one salad a day. So I was already pretty much raw. When you do this and add exercise, the weight will just fall off like you would not believe. I haven’t felt this great in years and I’m 65 years old. I feel like I’m 45 lol.

I agree 👍. I did it for three months( cooked vegetables) and raw fruits/ water..My doctor put me on this plan because blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol was high. I went back in April blood work came back perfect 🥰. . I added 30 mins exercise everyday and loss weight as well. To God be the Glory!! In June I will be starting a raw vegetable and fruits. Thank you for sharing 😊

Harvard medical did a study on over 2000 patients who only eat meat on the carnivore diet and 94% of patients who used insulin injections were able to stop who do explain that. Hello people USE YOUR BRAIN STOP BEING A SHEEP vegetables are all hybrids created to make a dollar on a Shelf. Those so-called fruits have been bred to be extra sugary and do not resemble any natural fruit. Just the idea of eating fruits and only vegetables seem illogical considering we have winter season.

I really appreciate you sharing what people thought of your experience. People don’t often talk about the lack of support, the jokes, the unsolicited opinions of what is healthy to them, how you should look, etc. thank you for sharing!

I think it was God that bought me to your channel. I have been suffering spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally. I have seen so many videos on others saying how changing their diets to fruits and vegetables helped them but I really didn’t follow through. Something about you elaborating on this process helped me tremendously. I’m trying to have a better relationship with God, be a better wife and mother and I really think I have been given an excellent reference to help find and love myself. God Bless

I believe God brought me to your comment… I also am suffering in many ways… I was just going to leave a comment about how we should eat what God put naturally on this earth, but then I saw this.. anyway maybe we can pray for each other

I’m vegan and vegetarian since the late 90’s.. I’ve always been and continue to be overweight even though I’m on a (mostly…) whole food plant based oil free way of eating… I want to try this… I will report back when I start and when I finish. Thank you so much!

This is very inspiring man. Thank you. I suffer from PsA and on regular medication. In my 40's now. I used to train hard in my 20's and 30's but I can barely walk without pain these days. I want to give this a try.
