I used to work at kfc, cookies should be soft unless they’ve been left overnight in the store. Best tasting chicken is at last cook (an hour before store closes)

This is because the ultra-violet rays that are refracted contribute to the chickens density during the cooking process. As a result of this the chicken tastes better due to lower density and better flavour due to moisture and delicacy being able to retain the flavour from leaving the chicken. You are welcome because this was complete bullshit and I don't know either.
