Unfortunately it looks like the restaurant has closed down. The owner sadly passed away end of April and based on the translations of their social media postings, they seem to have chosen to close the restaurant as they feel only the owner, Katayose-san, is the only one who could make the burgers as good as he did. They do have posted on their socials their recipe for this mac n cheese burger for all to make and enjoy at home. The burger patty itself is not mentioned so I dont know about the nuts that Japaneat said he tasted, but we all can recreate the ooey gooey mac n cheese ourselves! (It is indeed a box of Kraft, but with additional different cheeses and ghee all mixed in)

Apparently laws in Japan are way more strict about that kind of thing than they are in America. If they display the food on the box or wrapper for example it has to be exactly life sized. There's a video somewhere about the art of making those fake dishes they put in the window of the restaurants in Japan and they talk about it there. Honestly I support it 100%.

dw, america (or I did at least) already made macaroni burgers, they're soooooo fire dude. Basically tastes like a cheeseburger but the cheese is 10x richer and obviously, Macaroni. I recommend a little bit of mayo and usually no other toppings necessary, but this looks good too. Haven't perfected a recipe or anything for this, but I did make it with some cookout leftovers. That cookout with the leftovers, I created some pretty cool stuff, I grilled the veggies (tomato & onion) and threw in some chopped hot dog, spices (paprika, chili powder, garlic powder), butter to get it started, and some water to create a kind of sauce with the spices. All in all, both were pretty good.
