FYI guys. A century egg is only cured/fermented for 30-45 days. Personally, I don’t think I would enjoy the flavor still. Tbh. But I applaud you Trinity. Keep the content coming!

yesterday i ate 2, today i ate 1, its the thought behind the matter, the colour looks off putting and as its fermented and weeks old doesnt help also the name but you have to try it before you know 4 sure if u like it or not, i did hot saucing, bean boozled and even edible bugs and this by far is my favroute 1 of all the century egg! its an aquired taste but not for the weak minded, definitly an EGGSperience!

It's not rotten either cuz I can set eggs out of fresh from ur chickens and let them be out for 3 weeks or more depending on the health of the egg and chicken. Covered in mud mixture alone protects from bacteria entering the pores. It's very interesting and usually is paired with a dish like a condiment lol not plain shocked she took a bite
