I have that type of Charizard and like a in that it’s pretty much a ice charger. It’s in the rough blowing end, but I have a double of that that I’ve never noticed and then went through my binder and I found a double of them.

Depending on where you are it can be surprisingly easy to find Japanese packs. I'm in Scotland and have opened both Shiny Star V and Paradigm Trigger where I pulled the alt art Lugia on my 10th pack.
