Improve your speaking & confidence by practicing again & again. There are no shortcuts. Other common & practical advice to be an excellent public speaker: 1. Eye Contact & Leadership Gaze: When speaking to a group, focus on one person at a time for the length of thought. When there’s a natural pause, shift your gaze to someone new. 2. Power Pose & Resolute Stance: Plant your feet shoulder-width apart when you’re speaking. Avoid shifting from side to side. Also, avoid pacing or speaking while walking. 3. Emphatic Gestures: Use gestures for emphasis. When you’re not motioning, keep your hands comfortably at your side. 4. Vocal Vigor: Be loud enough that people in the last row can easily hear you. This may feel embarrassingly loud, but sound dissipates quickly in a big or carpeted room. 5. Focused Feedback: Feedback is critical. Most trainers incorporate some combination of peer review and video recording to get feedback.

I knew that Oxford doesn’t recognize our school leaving certificates. So, I have to appear for SAT and SAT Subject tests. But college board no longer offers Sat Subject Tests. So, what type of exam I should take for them to accept since subject tests no longer offered by College Board?
