10:07 fun/sad fact when sora says "xion" it's actually roxas's voice actor, it's subtle but in the Japanese version it's very noticeable. so that is why xion is crying she heard roxas voice

Xehanort was a jaded old man who saw the world around him as a ruined paradise, squandered by the darkness in the hearts of weak men grasping at a façade of strength. He wanted to use Kingdom Hearts to wipe the slate clean. But based on how he went out, I think he secretly wanted someone to give him hope that the future could be as bright as the world he wanted to make with Kingdom Hearts.

The first time i played KH3 i was so happy with this ending at first, then that scene with that song in the beach was perfect and i started to hear the lyrics and was like "Oh! for a lifetime! yes they're happy!".... and then Sora was gone and i just remember saying "No, no, no!!" over and over.... they were cruel haha

I feel like Ansem was perfect to save for last of the Nort Trio boss fight. It goes to show we come a long way from his debut since the series began, now he's encouraging Sora and Riku to move on. And I at first thought as well he was talking to us, the players

3:37 Why did they make him say 'good luck' in English? Repliku's parting words in Japanese were perfect! He says 'Take care of her', and not only does that call back to what Riku said to Sora about Kairi, it also makes Riku going to pick Namine up when she wakes up better because he's fulfilling Repliku's dying wish rather than just going 'hey girl, we're all gathering for a party on the beach'.

19:02 It's such a small thing, but I love that after shooting the beam of light to guide Terra's heart back to his body, Sora immediately returns to his combat stance, and only after he knows for sure that his intervention worked does he relax his stance and dismiss his Keyblade. I feel like if this were happening even as recently as part way through Dream Drop Distance he would have assumed it was going to work out from the moment he shot the beam of light, but after what happened at the end of DDD he isn't taking any chances with Organization XIII anymore.
