@@Throarbin Yeah, those dumb little things can be exceedingly rare. :/ Ice Skates along with all the sky-island loot, are the sole reason why even when I play single player I do large worlds. Better chance to find them while exploring. Though, ever since they added biome-crates you CAN fish them out of cold waters... The larger worlds have been so ingrained in my Terraria play-style that I'm STILL having a hard time remembering that I can do medium world now. Have been able to since fishing crates were added, and since sky islands moved more to a "bag-style" randomizing method (randomly adds one of EACH sky island main-loot item, before duplicating any others). LOL

I actually use the breathing rod quite often... to run deeper into the oceans and check out the water chests for BETTER LOOT down there. I usually don't have any gills potions on me the first time I get to either ocean. They're usually all at home, or I got to the ocean early enough I don't even have any. OCCASIONALLY, I remember to toss one in my piggy bank for chest-seeking, but that does take up an entire square of inventory (tragic, I know 😉) so I usually just leave them at home. Just recently I was doing a celebrationmk10 run, and found a breathing rod in a reasonably close chest to the shore, and was able to use it to find flippers farther down, and those two combined, let me go ALL the way through that 'hook-beach' you can get sometimes (where there's an additional chasm under the beach) to the chest that's usually there, and it ended up being the water walking boots. THAT was a pretty exciting moment, I was expecting another innnertube, or a dupe pair of flippers or something; but nope, it was good ol' water walking shoes. 😁

You should watch sbubby's 1hp master hardcore run. He is a speed runner and current wr holder who did a 1hp run a few months ago. There are a bunch of cools tricks that you should use

Yeah I remember struggling there my first time. Two tips: Kill the hands first. Dodging the skulls it shoots is similar to dodging his spinning head.

The Goblin Army has a HP stipulation, as does the EOC, but also so does the nurse (who, as you're talking about that stipulation, is right above your head lol). I believe you're using a Tmodloader mod that exists on the workshop to have your HP set to 1, right? That mod specifically makes it so that heart-based progression still works. If you use the amount of heart crystals that WOULD get you to that point of progression in HP, it will count, even if your HP remains at 1.
