Story1, the disrespect alone should've been enough to leave

Completely agree 💯. Most men won't leave because of the sunk cost fallacy

I wouldn't go near anyone who had been though intense religious up bringing unless they were firmily planted in therapy. My ex husband spiralled in strict southern baptist hard, he was a mess. I take it as at least a yellow flag immediately. After the update I hope the therapy works for her, it's going to be a long bumpy road and she might not end up with op at the end of it.

Her being that "weirdly close" with a guy (to the point where they hold hands and push their heads together) is inappropriate if she's in a committed relationship. Period. The backstory doesn't matter. The only one who should be sharing that kind of physical affection with her if the BF/husband. And on top violation of loyalty and exclusivity of affection/intimacy, she's doing it in public, totally cucking her BF/husband. WTF. Not ok by any stretch of the imagination. And the other guy is 100000% trying to steal her from her BF, whether she realizes it or not.

Had a GF that had an abusive hubby. She hid it from me at 1st. I got her out. She went back to him. She was scared that he would hurt me. I finally convinced her that he wouldn't. He knew with out a doubt coming after me would be his end. Got her out the 2nd. She divorced hubby. Got a job in a different city. Found a good man there. They've been married for years.

Stockholm Syndrome doesn't exist. She's been conditioned to his abuse, which is different.

'Humans are not mesnt to be monogomous' so then don't marry. Don't commit to anyone. Can't understand these people who love to eat the cake and have it too...😢
@sierrastanley310919 сағат бұрын
Actually humans have the greatest ability for relationships and it's the ability of "choice" you can choose whichever type of relationship you want. So yes, humans are monogamous if they so desire. Cheaters are just scumbags.

Self-proclaimed alpha male wife-beater cheater?? Jeez. What a catch. I was wondering how he found a gf being that much of an ass, but the sugar-daddying explains it. I'm glad OP's sister is getting rid of him. He deserves to be alone.
