Some may say that the chef is being so polite because he is in the video itself. But its not the case as when myself and my family were there at Cinnamon Habarana in last January the chef was there at the buffet area and he came to our table and asked from us to prepare a separate meal for our 2 year old daughter. Great guy..!!

Sri Lankan crab curry is just the best! So glad you got to do a video about this meal which is a real special occasion meal to have with good friends because it is a treat. The training school which chef mention is Sri lanka institute of tourism & hotel management it is the main hotel school in sri lanka. It is managed by ministry of tourism. That is the place i am working. If you come colombo you can visit there. It is located in front of the cinnamon grand colombo 🤗
