You could set up the military grade modern cannon on Cio Perico as you are attempting to invade, using the cannon as cover fire for your units. making sure to ask for San Anderases surrender.

A lot of people say cops are racist, I think what we see here is closer to the truth. A panicking cop will unload his mag and reload several times. I recall one case of a guy on a bus getting mag dumped for running on the bus after being spotted doing graffiti. Bus driver was like he begged me to drive but I didn't and maybe I should have.
