Arguably the best scene was when Sam was trying to talk Dean out of planning a suicide to get rid of Michael. Jared said at one of the fan conventions that he was depressed during that time and he couldn't even remember his lines and yet this performance still turned out very good and warm and touching. I loved it, awesome edit.
