Yes, it's a strict requirement to keep the posture straight up, shoulders back, keeping both feet flat down, soften the wrists and elbows. My teacher use to put a pencil or a wood ruler in the middle of my back when practicing as a reminder to drill it in me as a teenager. So did my ballet teachers. 😉 It's also better for breathing and as you get older you won't slump which shortens your height and weakens the bones is what they would tell me. "Cooper, what are you doing?", "Docking!" Bonne continuation ! 👍

Otherworldly. Beautiful. Perfect. And to think Zimmers composed this without actually seeing any scene of the movie as to bring forth pure creativity. Bravo.

Whew....!!!!!!! I am convinced that this Hans Zimmer opus HAD to come from somewhere 'off-world'! And, this human is interpreting it brilliantly! Well done! 👍🏽👍🏽

I’m back again. I keep coming back because this is such a brilliant rendition. Someone else mentioned they get emotional when listening to this stunning piece of music. Yep, me too. And I also do not understand why Mr. Zimmer didn’t get an Oscar for this., Well done, Elijah! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love this piece with everything I have. There are hardly words for a description that could ever potentially match the sheer extremities in every form this musical masterpiece achieves to give to the listener. The way it moves unpredictably going very soft and slow then rapidly and loud builds so much tension along with the repetition is absolutely beautiful. I fail to ever fully explain how absolutely mind bogglingly good this godsend of a song is, it's as if it was created to one day, if all else was lost, be the only thing that could ever truly show how powerful music truly is to this universe. Yet Hans Zimmer doesn't get an Oscar for it.

There's something absolutely "scientific" about this piece. Hans is on another level and I lack the words to express what I'm hearing. Maybe I can explain it. These pieces move from harmony to discord and back again to harmony. Like wavelengths. Like math. How Hans thinks of this stuff is beyond me. It's like a magnetic charge being reversed mid-sheet music.

i think what helps is playing it with such emotion, it brings it out in a raw form. But also the arrangement could have something to do with it. I'm not a composer, but I do produce and record music, so that's my best bet. I know what you mean though, I'm one of those people who doesn't just listen to music, but experiences it. Good music makes me feel. It reaches my soul (as cliche as that sounds, i don't know how else to describe it)

the lowest notes mixed with the high-pitched and "smooth" melody. I play the piano and I would guess that this is it.

It’s god. Makes no sense, there’s no explanation, no evolutionary theory or advantage to feeling a certain way from certain sounds & notes. Music is a divine thing
