If you use the 6mah batteries with the 18+ miter saw you can get a lot of cuts. Also, it only weighs 15lbs. I have two of them and I used them both doing hardwood flooring installation. If you put a good finish blade on it you can crosscut wood that people would swear that you had sanded the cut.

My one regret (kinda) was buying a van. It's cool because it is a 73 Dodge and I always wanted one. But I usually spent 150 a month to do the swap meets. And I didn't have to maintain them. Mine I had to get the transmission rebuilt so that was 800 it would have been 1400 but I called in a favor. Set of tires was the next expense. The only thing is I could leave stuff in it between.

Milwaukee Tools are Fuel , batteries are not marked (Fuel) but they still work on the Fuel Line. Those table saws run better with a high output battery.

But with TTI the power tool brands all share IP... The VW Bugatti example definitely does not apply to TTI lol the Walmart Hart line currently makes one of the best titanium hammers on the market (and cheapest) along with some excellent combination pliers and adjustable wrenches... I like them better than the Milwaukee versions lol

FYI Home Depot does not require most accessories to be returned with the tools, with exceptions. ONE + is tool only unless otherwise labeled. You probably figured that out though.

The last 26 foot box truck with a lift gate I looked at was $49,000 for a 2010 with 307k kilometres on it (190k miles). My biz can’t justify that quite yet. I move 10’s of thousands of pounds of product ever time I drive one and it’s in a dense city. It can’t be an unsafe beater

Look at a heavy duty dual axle trailer 10k etc unless you need the height to load from a dock. =Usually they have a ramp the forklifts can go down to the road to load you (ask).

Kinda figure your forecast sales are optomistic after ebay fees and hassle of defects your returns on capital are gonna be well down on what you suggest and don't say I am wrong I also do this caper and it is really difficult to get best price . I find that lowering your margins helps to move the stuff quicker with less comeback because the buyer does not over expect on quality.
