I do believe the charging light flashing means the battery is dead. Once it completely charges it should stay on. It could have also been in a very cold temperature or there is a poor connection between the battery pack and charger.

I bought game systems like PS1's, a GameCube,SNES, ect. from Goodwill. Only 1 of em was bad and it was a og PS1 with the io port in the back. The part that holds the disc down was broken but that can be replaced. Love these Goodwill videos dude!

Seeing all those PSP systems working at least mostly fine makes me happy. Shows me that the PSP was truly made extremely well and makes me glad I hitched myself to that bandwagon back when it came out. You probably paid a smidge too much for the systems all things considered, but getting those working PSPs, including a 3000, was at least a neat thing.

Actually PSP consoles by themselves w charger are $80-$100 and ps Vita consoles are easy $150-$200. I just started the video but assuming the Vita consoles work he should make a profit. Even if the consoles don't work I'm sure he could fix them relatively cheap. First PSP doesn't have a battery lol so probably gonna need to get chargers and different parts for them so probably did break even after a ton of work. Well it's a good things hes a KZbinr and can afford to buy these bundles at that price

They are also incredibly easy to repair, I buy then broken and repair them, unless there's liquid damage they're cheap and easy to keep going.

I agree with you about either hanging onto a console or selling it. I know when I sell my old stuff at least I get a sense that oh hopefully it's going to a good home I feel like giving it to Goodwill is like dropping off an animal you don't want at the animal shelter. I rather find it a good home even if it is an inanimate object.

I feel the same way. I regret giving away my gamecube to gamestop back in the day, with the gameboy player on it to with the disc. Now I love to collect that stuff, but I didn't realize this at the time. I sold my psp to a friend also, but now I got a new one luckily. I definitely keep and hold onto all of the systems I have now. No giving them away generally. Even if the battery dies, and I can only play plugged into the wall. Still works, So I keep it.

PSP 1000 was pretty much the best one, 2000, 3000 and Go all had screens that ended up with gross deterioration for me.

the biggest issue i found with psp systems are that the batteries are almost always on their last legs and most if not all aftermarket batteries are just trash. It would be nice to see the modding community come up with a mod similar to the gba sp rechargeable battery mod by makho

you'd be amazed how many people I know who either give away or simply hold onto their high end electronics once they reach the point that theyre no longer needed. I have a friend who could probably make 3 high end period correct PC's with the amount of parts he still has sitting around. For some reason some people just think that selling stuff is hard or too troublesome.

I have an idea. You should apply a unique six digit code or number to any given console you discuss in a video so we can reference your website for that exact console. Imagine; unboxing a psp, going about the video as normal but a code appears on screen at some point to suggest that you can find it on your store. If someone is interested in that SPECIFIC console they can use it to find out if it’s available or sold.

Actually the top port on the Vita was just for debugging, had nothing to do with video out. The video out was just over the main charger port on the 1000.

Hi well i have 2 psp 3000 one is silver and the red and black the silver one has scratches on the back when i put the game on the umd disk it doesn't work only the silver works with a memory stick the red and black one i bought 2 years ago and it looks awesome it works great and i like it so much now I'm wondering to buy a hdmi cable from ebay and usb cable to download psp games and themes too

I got a second hand psp a few years ago from someone but it already had cracks on both sides of the screen but a while later there appeared to be moist behind the screen idk were it came from and the screen also sorta doubles on a certain spot so you see the same thing twice, very weird

What are you talking about PSP 1000 is a gold mine you can mod them with removing some Of the pins from the battery allowing you to install homebrew That thing was beyond it’s time you were able to do Skype phone calls lower the processing power of the PSP to the point where I have it just play audio and it would last me close to 20 23 hrs.
