Thank you for sharing this. It's always fascinating to see someone's workshop, no matter what state it's in.

Looks very cool. Did you get a Warranty Deed or just a Quitclaim? I hope you made sure there are no back taxes owed on it -- that's usually what stings people. Of course, a property title search would probably cost as much as you paid for the building. LOL. I see lots of potential there. I'd toss the garbage and maybe have a yard sale in the spring to sell the stuff that's worth selling. Remember, one person's trash is another person's treasure. Can't wait to see what you do with it!

You're kidding, right? All the equipment inside is worth much more than just 500 USD. Walls look decent, so as long as it has heating and electricity, it is pretty good bargain, I would say. If someone offered me such property, even for 100000 I would jump and bought it instantly! Well, as long as it is not built with cardboard, cheap thin wood and plastic, as it often happens in US of A. 😜

Wondering if you plan on using it as a residence/ studio? Plenty of room for a bigger/nicer place to post your videos from. Looking forward to see your progress with this bldg! 500 clams is CHEAP! 🐤
