Congrats Tyler. That's an awesome property. I have lived in a 1890's farm house, on 5 acres, surrounded by thousands of acres of other peoples corn for the past 20 years. Like you, I'm not a farmer. I have built workshops and out buildings around the property and absolutely love the freedom that comes with the absence of neighbors. As a "city kid", the move out into rural life has been incredible. I highly recommend it. Good luck with it all.

I love how a property built in the 1890s is OLD in the US, the central part of my house dates to somewhere in the mid 1300s and the last part was built by my family in 1745. Have fun doing then project it’s great having the space to do as you need.

Congrats Tyler! Hoovie is BACK!! Can’t wait to see all of the farm upgrades content. I work in the construction industry so I love a good renovation project or just a good ol’ fashion ground up Hoovies Garage 3.0 barndominium project 😂.
