Hey, did you say your balcony is 450 square feet? I keep replaying as that doesn't seem right lol. That's the size of some condos lol. It does look huge though. Super jealous! I'm in a 540 square foot Toronto condo and that includes my balcony lol, which is small, and my view is canadian tire lol.
