Good find on the signed baseballs and cards. It would be nice to know if you figure out the names on the balls. A bit of info for you from the mid- midwest : The Omaha Royals were a farm team of the Kansas City Royals. They have since changed the name. I don't know if that would make an item more valuable or not. Was the World Series ball from the college world series? If so that's played in Omaha. The former stadium was called Rosenblatt, but was torn down and they play in the suburbs now. If anything says Rosenblatt it might have some extra value for the diehards.

Amazing finds in that locker Rob , and Dave. I would love to get the Animal House doll. That's my favorite movie. It reminded me of my university days. In fact they had to close 2 streets down this year as there were thousands of people partying in the streets. In fact the Tragically Hip played at our homecoming party back in the 80s. There is good money in those pipes. They are getting hard to find. We clean them, then sanitize them. We have stores that buy them, as it's legal up here. Have a great day my friends 😀

@@2ndCentsIncAuctionsCleveland my husband worked at a bottle factory for 29 years, when he was a union president we went to countless conversations for both glass products and container products. I never knew the United states made so much Paraphernalia in the glass industry blown glass and molded glass, jars are molded and GRAV is molded so we watched an entire video of how their products are made. They are thick like the old returnable beer bottles (those are also collectable bottles now so keep your eyes out, they don't have threads, they didn't twist off returnables) I learned a lot about glass going to all of those. I also watched how much unions are politically ran and waste a ton of money they collect from people that do the actual work! They got people like my husband and (my grandpa) brain washed. I'm sure grandpa is turning in his grave when I say that but I didn't work there. I was a bartender and watched these Union reps come to town and bring in a bunch of shiftworkers, get them trashed and talk business. He never drank, I was sober and listened to every word of garbage he was selling them! It was like watching a sleazy used car salesman in action! Glass making is hot work and making a quality product is something these companies aren't doing anymore cause they want to cut cost. So I respect GRAV and have bought a bunch of their pipes for Christmas presents in 2019 when Illinois legalized. I also sent a few to a few Democrat's in the county board that approved Cresco Labs for the largest grow house in the state but then wouldn't allow a dispensary. Our city needs the tax money and these idiots are all about no business! It's ridiculous! Ok I'm rambling sorry! 😆 Don't forget he beer bottles!

Were you familiar with Ohio Brush? They were based in Cleveland for over 100 years. I knew the owner, Tom. He had no family to take it over a few years back, and the State wanted the land his factory was on. He was the last Us based company tat made their own wire brushes. H couldn't find a US based company or individual to sell the company to because it didn't inculde their old factory building, so he sold the assets to a Canadian company and retired. At one time, he offered to give an old metalworking lathe away that had been in the building when his grand dad bought it. Photos showed the overhead shafts and the lathe was still connected by a wide leather belt. Like may buildings of that era, it was either powered by a waterwheel, or a single diesel engine to drive all of the machinery. It was full of other collectable tools and items after it shut down. I lost contact with him, about a year after that.

He had a sideline of helping businesses computerize their operations, and all of their machines for making brushes were designed and built, in house. He used to be active on the old rec.crafts.metalworking newsgroup. He was a nice guy, and he had a pretty good sense of humor. He also explained why imported steel brushes were cheap and low grade. Many companies used reject wire made for steel belted radial tires. Have a Blessed day!
