As someone who has emulated Budokai before on PCSX2 with an actual controller on my PC, you turned on the half-speed setting, which is ctrl-tab, I believe. The FPS is actually fine.

That is Zeel (Kaarat in other translations) and he's the villain after Xicor in DBAF, quick summary, he is a Tuffle like baby and he was referred to as "the divine demon". One of the Strongest enemies in DBAF. One of his techniques is unleashing power (Similar to Supreme Kai or Guru but different). With this technique, he unleashes a certain amount of power of someone according to his motives, for example, if u want to be strong without a reason, ur unlocked power won't be that great, if u have a motive for wanting to get strong like to protect or have revenge, ur power will be greater. He went to hell and unleashed everyone's power, making Broly achieve SS4, Nappa SS4, Frieza 5th form, and a power boost for everyone else, like Cell who got a huge power boost and was able to hold a fight against SS4 Gohan and Piccolo. He opened portals connecting Hell with Earth and attacked it. At the end, he was killed by SS5 Goku (Btw this is a short version of the story, i can tell u a longer one if u want)

To be fair: 1) He openly admits he has no idea what he's doing. 2) The game is running like potato cake. Oh my god, this happened 10 years ago. I also went to a flea market to see if there's a Budokai 3 anywhere to buy. Living in Croatia games like these were scarce for the PS2. The audio and speed/framerate thing is your PCSX2 plugin settings. Once you get to ps2 it starts needing beefy machines for emulation

You could do dragon Rush when in Red fury mode dragon universe is open world flying and tons of mini games compared to Dragon Ball AF ... Also it had super Saiyan 5 Gogeta and and super Saiyan 3 Vegeta the menu music changed to some rap song ........ And a bunch of other stuff too.... Yep that's all that's changed

No, the red glow is due to Budokai 3s ultimate attack system, the red glow happens when you activate the power up to go into your ultimate attack.
