This reminds me of when I bought my condo. I was about the same age. She said a half a mil 😅 this is why I'm not moving right now. I live in america and 7 years ago I bought my condo for 40k (foreclosed on former owners) so I got a really really good deal. Csnt imagine paying half a mill or buying and paying a mortgage off on something that big at your age. Your doing great and keep doing you!
